Fabulous service, speedy dispatch, immaculate packaging and wonderful, healthy plants. I'm absolutely delighted! I even had a smile on my receipt 😃

The plants arrived very quickly, beautifully packed with no damage. The packaging was well thought out, using cardboard, paper tape, compostable bags and small bamboo canes. All the plants were a good size and very healthy. This was my first order and I was really pleased. The range on line is very good with interesting unusual varieties too. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you, Ballyrobert Gardens! Perfect in every way!

Plants arrived very promptly and true to description (if not better!). And the best thing - all packing materials are recyclable or compostable.

I ordered some plants on Thursday 1st April and to my surprise this morning 3rd April my order arrived, they were in excellent condition. I can only say that I am one happy customer and that I cannot speak more highly of the customer service I got from Ballyrobert Gardens and that I have no hesitation in recommending them. Fast delivery. Excellent plants very well packed. Plants in biodegradable bags secured with elastic bands so easy to unpack too.

I could not believe how promptly the plants were delivered bearing in mind the distance. They were well packed so no damage, not even spilt compost. Cannot comment on plant quality as they are dormant but with their gaurantee i have no worries. Brilliant! Tk

Well grown plants arrived safely in only four days after ordering. I am delighted.

I normally vist nurseries to buy my plants but Covid has forced me to try mail order. My Ballyrobert order arrived quickly and I was amazed to see how perfectly they had been packed. All the packaging was recyclable - no single use plastic - and the plants looked as if I'd just taken them off the nursery shelf. I can't wait to see them grow. The little 'treat' enclosed with the paperwork was a nice surprise.

i received my first order yesterday and am absolutely delighted. Competitively priced plant but it exceeded my expectations when it arrived, although i only ordered a 9cm pot this plant was bigger than other nurseries supply, full of healthy looking roots and looks ready to burst into life in spring. The delivery was cheaper than other nurseries and it arrived super fast. Loved the fact a toffee was thrown in to! i will absolutely use Ballyrobert Gardens again - wish i had known about them earlier. Fully recommended!
