Now into my third year of dealing with BRG. Plants have always arrived speedily, in tip-top condition and very well packaged.
On the one occasion that a plant did not thrive it was replaced immediately without a quibble

Excellent plants backed by Superb Service! I had never heard of Bally Robert's, however, after reading positive reviews during the 1st lockdown I decided to order some plants. They arrived within days, carefully packaged and looking amazing. As birthday presents for friends I ordered trice more with delivery to different parts of England. Each time Bally Robert's delivered on time and exceptional quality.All plants have thrived. I will definitely be ordering from Bally Robert's again and would recommend them in a heartbeat! The postage is much cheaper than some other mail order firms and the plants are well wrapped and in good shape.

I have come across Ballyrobert Gardens' web site when I was looking for Stachys byzantina 'Silver Carpet's needed for my garden.

I was (and continue) to be surprised with the quality of all plants received from them and their superb packaging for transportation. Their prices are much lower than any others found online - combined with the high quality of their plants this makes dealing with Ballyrobert Gardens really enjoyable. Delivery is as planned or even faster. All emails are answered really promptly. So far I have had only one occasion when I was sent a different colour of a plant but the mistake was corrected within a few days without having to send the wrong item back & I received the correct one free of charge. Their annual plant guarantee is another bonus, although the quality of their plants is so high that I do not think I will need to rely on it! Finally, their addition of fudge sweets to every order is such a personal touch!
