Baltic Assist has been an exceptional partner, significantly helping our business expansion by sourcing top talent in Lithuania - fast. In just 3 weeks we had interviews with over 6 people and hired 3 of them. We're also able to use some of their infrastructure to make sure our international team can actually work together in the same room. 6 months into working together and we can really feel the synergy. We take care of the day-to-day tasks that have to be done and they take care of our team by making sure everything is in place to work well and to support a great work culture.

Great Company
We have been working with the company for a few years and we are very satisfied. All tasks are done quickly, cleanly and to our satisfaction. I would especially like to emphasize the cooperation with Mercan and Ingrida. They are always available, very polite and all tasks are completed quickly.
