Cannot recommend Bamboo Auctions highly enough to any estate agent out there looking for an online auction platform.

Charley from Bamboo is amazing and has been brilliant throughout from start to finish she is always there to help. She went through the full training with us and answered any questions we had.

She was very helpful when it came to setting up our first auction property and was always there at the other end of the phone to answer any questions we may had.

She always checks in with us to see how we are getting on and to see if there is anything else she can help with which is what amazes me as most people/companies find it easy to forget you, but that is never the case with Bamboo Auctions and Charley in particular.

The email response is almost instant which again makes it easier to communicate.

Regards the Bamboo Auction system I find it's very easy to use.

We have been using Bamboo to look after our auction sales pretty much since they started. They were great back then and the service just seems to get better! The software works really well and the customer service is top notch.

Bamboo’s response to my review I see as patronising. I see that the company makes a lot of assumptions on customer experience of their website. Simply put the website is not easy to navigate, does not give the customer options that would be beneficial to them and not user friendly.
My concerns were not even mentioned instead it was about defending what information they have given which is clear by the company’s perception. CSR is really not well set.
My advice, if new to auctioning look elsewhere.

James was incredibly helpful when I had technical issues, and when I asked questions he was knowledgeable and patient. He made the auction and the transaction run smoothly.
