Pretty good.
I would suggest that the 5-minute period added at the close of the auction/last bid should reduce as the time goes on. After 10 minutes it could go down to 3 minutes then 2 minutes then one minute.
It would speed things up at the end but still give bidders the chance of finishing their offers.
And.....the guide price was always too low and unrealistic.

Excellent service throughout the whole process, easy to follow with the assistance of the Team who were always on hand to answer my questions promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bamboo Auctions to anyone.

Let me clarify my rating feedback by saying we found it an unacceptable experience due to lack of knowledge and guidance by the estate agent rather than Bamboo. There was no rude conduct. This was apparently the first time that they had used this website and it showed!
Whilst we experienced some difficulty initially logging on and registering the frustrations did not stop there.
It was clear to see who was currently the highest bidder and follow the bidding process but it seemed too easy for goal posts to be changed!
The auction end time was changed in the last quarter of an hour (we had been the only interest and bidder at this time) and extended by 5 hours.....
Eventually on successfully winning the Aution we found The legal pack and documentation was severely lacking in content to be able to proceed within the timescales set out ( ie; the property was not registered and the whereabouts of the title deed unknown )
Without going in to minute details of the full experience we can summarise by saying the fees of 3.5% payable by the purchaser in the circumstances are exorbitant and seem unjustified.
This may be more a case of Agent shortfalls rather than Bamboo but as this was our first online experience rather than in an Auction house it is an experience we would not choose to use again!!!!!

UPDATE.......... I would like to thank the founder and CEO Robin for taking the time to talk through some of the issues raised in this review. I see this as a very open and positive approach by Bamboo and encouraging that they want to listen.
After our conversation I had a clearer understanding that the estate agent Is responsible for all details of auction. In this instance the agent was new to this platform, as were we, it became a learning experience for us all.
I have changed my star rating to reflect the time taken by Robin who listened to my feedback and concerns and I now feel confident that we will be happy to enter a future auction with Bamboo.

This was the first experience with Bamboo and they couldn't have been more helpful.

From an estate agents prospective the website is easy to use and easy to navigate your way round. Its great to be able to list a property and let the website do the rest. We listed our first instruction which had a reserve set at £210,000, we achieved £257,000 for the owner. He is over the moon as are we. We also managed to secure our fee from the buyer which was 1.55% of the selling price. This is a truly innovative way to sell property.

Finally found myself a property on Bamboo, the customer relations within Bamboo is second to none, a big thank you to Jamie for being very supportive throughout and after my purchase.

Bidding is very easy and it is very clear if you are the one in front or not. You get a message straight away if someone has out bid you. While not important in the last half an hour of the auction when you are glued to the screen, it IS useful before that.
I felt confident that the system was working properly and that I had not been out bid and did not know it.

The sign up process took a while to do.

If you are SELLING using bamboo auctions then you should know that from half an hour before the end of the auction till the property was sold NINE different people were bidding. This is a very high number, many more than in a normal auction room.
