Stunning

The team were super helpful and responsive when I needed to amend and increase my order.

Very good experience

Very good experience. The materials themselves are good. I have been using bamboo flooring for some time now. But this time, when installing the floor, I was some boards short. I contacted the customer service, and they kindly sent out some boards just for the delivery price.

Hardwearing Bamboo

This is second time I have bought strand woven bamboo flooring. The first time was for the hall and dining room. That proved to be so good that we decided to put bamboo in the kitchen. The flooring is manufactured from bamboo, so it natural. It does not have a repeating pattern like vinyl. It is easy to lay. The boards click together.

The Bamboo Flooring Company in Leicester are specialists. They have a showroom and will also send free samples just charging for delivery. I found the staff very helpful.

Top notch customer service and quality

I was seriously impressed by the standard of customer care and how easy the ordering process was.
However, the delivery companies used
fell short of my expectation - my order was attempted to be delivered 3 days early and then arrived damaged yesterday. The replacement, kindly sent by TBFC this morning was also damaged…
The flooring itself is top notch but
I think the materials need better packaging and better handling during delivery.
