really bad costumer service i bough couple items 1 month ago ans still don't have it email several times costumer service they saying once the shipping company grab the package there's nothing that they can do, i pay 10 buck for shipping the link they send for tracking wont work so just terrible experience.

I have ordered multiple times from them over the years. Very little problems, and if there were I got a prompt response & solution.
I suggest you always look over the details of whatever you are buying.
Sizing, materials used, what have you.
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to ship, but I've never NOT gotten my products.

Sold as incontinence boxers. They are no such thing. Cheap synthetic boxers with no absorbent capacity at all. An absolute scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered earlier in the year and I was so impressed by the quality and comfort of my new undies. They are comfortable and breathable. The best undies I have ever worn! I ordered more- they missed 1 pair and immediately sent me my replacement.
Their customer service was excellent.

Ordered the underwear over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. Reached out to customer service several times and never received a single response. This can't be a legit company. I disputed the charge and do not recommend this product to anyone else.

The bamboo viscose is so soft. Breathable and comfortable like a second skin.

I've been wearing Bamboo boxers for many years now and I wouldn't wear anything else. The fabric is soft, doesn't wear and stays in place. The fit is great too, allowing me to be comfortable whatever the activity.

I have received one order from them successfully and the panties were nice. Since then, I have tried to make 2 separate orders that I have needed to cancel because the company waited an extremely long time before even printing a shipping label (beyond a week.) Customer service notified me that this is because they were running behind due to a sale they were having. Last week, I figured that since there are no active sales- that I should receive my product in an exceptional amount of time. Unfortunately, I paid for express shipping and today, one week later, they still have not made any progression with the order. There has not been any shipping label created and the package hasn’t been delivered to a carrier. It’s like they just sit around twiddling their thumbs while people wait for their orders, which are not modestly priced. I have requested a third refund and customer service has not responded to me. My best advice would be to find another company that cares about their customers, because this one obviously doesn’t.

Correct size ordered the same as my current boxers. After washing on low temperature, the legs became baggy,riding upwards,and the waste band became loose. So much hype about these,impulse buyers beware. Not at all happy with my purchase.

It has been over a month and I am still waiting for them to ship the package? There’s no contact information that I can find…. There is a package tracking number with an outfit I’ve never heard of before…. Maybe it’s because the company is based in Canada and I’m in the States? Regardless…. No updates…. I’m beginning to think I was scammed….

Took part in their buy 4 pairs get 4 free at £31 they weren't cheap. Only 4 arrive they offered a 15% refund. I said no. They asked me to ship pants to USA at my cost and they would refund their "standard" amount. I said I'd ship to UK heard nothing since. Pants unusable too small

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Same experience I am reading others have had. Problem with product, try to refund, told warehouse issue prevents them from receiving. Emails go round and round with offer of 30% refund or store credit (I clearly don’t want their products!). Finally they tell me to donate items to Bra Recyclers (because Meeloy is changing warehouses). I go through the process of sending to Bra Recyclers (PAY to ship there) and receive an email I’ve been given my refund. Two weeks later my credit card reflects no credit and when I reached out I’m told they are having issues with payment processors. I’m offered 120% credit on new items in return. This is ridiculous, frustrating and unprofessional. I no longer have my product, and they still have my payment. Customer service responses are absurd.

Underwear was subpar. Wrote for refund instructions and this is what I got. Also, took 1 month to arrive with expedited shipping.

I received the bralette, i didn't like the way it fit. I paid $17 something for it. The return said they would give me $13 minus $7.95 in shipping, which would net me a refund of $5+change. Not even worth a trip to the PO to mess with it. The bra is so light, I could mail it for $1.50.
