No warning about wheat product ingredient.

I am coeliac and have to be very careful about what I eat or put on my skin and hair. The Brightening Drops contain hydrolyzed wheat bran but there is no warning. I do not purchase any skin or hair product which have wheat/gluten in them. I would not have purchased otherwise.

Wonderful products. Terrible amount of packaging!

I love Bamford products. However I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see how much packaging was wasted in my most recent delivery, whilst I know it's all recyclable, there was really no need to waste so much product I do not feel that this aligns with your mantra of "Everything we do is led by nature and a desire to work in harmony with it". Please please please consider less packaging, you can still be a luxury brand without it.

So beautiful, the perfect candle

My order of Bamford Lilly Valley and Wisteria candles have just arrived and I am absolutely delighted! Not only are they packaged extremely well and securely, the candles have their own gorgeous box and the candles themselves smell wonderful bringing such delight to these dark,
gloomy February days. Love ❤️

The items I ordered were delivered…

The items I ordered were delivered promptly, with regular updates on their arrival times. Packaging was done well to ensure the products remained intact and secure. I also purchased a lovely scented body cream as a gift, hoping the recipients will enjoy it as much as I do!

Love Bamford Products

Really easy website to navigate and buy from. Lovely smelling hand washes and creams where you only need a tiny amount so goes a long way. Super fast delivery too!

Most products lovely, delivery unreliable

Order placed and confirmed, money taken. Delivery to the London spa. No shipment confirmation, no delivery note email...

But the "how did we do" email. This is ironic.

I am chasing now, and crossing all my fingers that it was a glitch in communication not in delivery. Sad.

On a different note. Bought a few creams in the spa. One had the lid coming off which I did not pay attention to, and it has a weird smell.

Geranium duo - amazing!
The scent of this hand soap and lotion is just wonderful - the addition of peppermint (eucalyptus?) makes for a refreshing treat.

Would love to find a U.S. location for purchasing this on-line.

Appalling service

Products showed as in stock; my order was confirmed and money taken. They were needed urgently for Christmas presents. I ordered within the required dates for Christmas deliveries. I then got emails saying not available and I was refunded. But no option to send me an alternative. I was left without presents for family at Christmas.

Experience was ok..

Experience was ok except you sent the wrong item so missed my friends birthday, you then kindly sent out the correct item.
