I was attended to approximately 30 minutes late during my previous visit. I am dissatisfied with the situation that occurred this afternoon, specifically regarding the cancellation of my appointment due to my arriving late while searching for a parking space and then reaching the reception. I've got three kids one of them is 3:15 and the other is 03:05 but the receptionist still went ahead and cancelled. I request that you improve your service.

I visited Bamford Dental today for a tooth extraction in preparation for an I’m plant. This is the second visit in 2 years. Again I saw Johnathan Kennair who performed the operation. I suffered no pain or trauma. Mr Kennair is a true professional, calm, patient and knowledgeable. In addition he has a great nurse who clearly knows how he thinks - a great team.
Nobody likes the Dentist, but honestly, if you fear the unknown this is your man. He specialises in implants. Implants are not cheap anywhere, but if you want the best, he is your man. Next stage! 8 weeks.

This truly is a dental practice that cares. I am so lucky to be a patient of Bamford Dental Practice. I started off as a dental chicken a few years ago with terrible teeth. Each member of staff, reception, nurses, hygienists were all fabulous with me from the very start and I can't rate them higher than 5*'s otherwise I would do. I now just stroll in for my appointments and have been terrified my whole life. I'm under the care of Mr. Bennett who is just fantastic and patient with me and Mr. Valentine who is the master of giving injections and not even feeling them - HONESTLY. I'm very very grateful for the care I receive here and I would highly recommend this practice.
