honestly the best bank I will ever have
I've been a customer for years and I've never experienced anything bad from them.
Everything runs as it should and customer service is super easy to get a hold of with lightning fast response time.
Can highly recommend.

I'm relatively new to BankNordik, but coming from ~7 years of one of the "big banks" in Denmark, I can already feel the massive difference in how they think of and treat their clients. My advisor, Jens, is simply amazing. Goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is working perfectly, and is always happy to advise on managing finances. Super warm and nice to talk to, could not ask for better.

This review is general for Bank NOrdik as well as our personal advisor Tobias. He is very helpful and very prompt. We bought two properties in Denmark and it was very easy to go with them. No sudden surprise. They do what they say. They take the time to understand your need and customize accordingly. Very helpful as and when needed. Will always recomend them to others.

I’ve been having BankNordik accounts for about 4 years now where I purchased 2 properties. Their service, advise and professionalism it is top.

Also, for the last almost 2 years, I have had Camilla Meier as an advisor and I could not be more happy about it. She is always very close, easy to deal with, supportive and overall just there to help when you need.

My advisor at BankNordik is Simon Mertins and my experience with him is very positive! My husband and I were looking for a mortgage and we wanted to change bank. Simon took care of us in a very professional way, he was always prepared for the meetings, he was helpful and very responsive. I am very happy with the service provided and in my experience such a good service is rare in Denmark. I am looking forward to continue our cooperation in the future.

We inquired at BankNordik for a mortgage after being turned away by our own bank. Simon Mertins, our financial advisor, accepted us to meet the following morning having received our documents by email. He was very well prepared for our meeting, given it was last minute we made arrangements the previous evening – That rarely happens anywhere else! We have since, been able to successfully make a purchase with his advice, guidance and suggested lawyer! Simon is a pleasant person and very professional with his work. He has always responded to our queries with good explanation and has always welcomed our questions, making figures and calculations transparent for our understanding. We would highly recommend him if you are inquiring about a bank loan – it is clear that he is very experienced and enjoys what he does.

This review is for our personal advisor, Helle Borup Christiansen from the BankNordik Kongelundsvej branch. In the process of purchasing an apartment we had been talking to various banks, and our final choice was not only based on the offer we received, but also on the feel we had with our personal advisor - in this case Helle Borup Christiansen. She was always available for questions, replied very quickly and gave us the feeling that we were in good hands. Most importantly: When things did not go as planned for us, she was still extremely supportive even though she would not make business with us - this alone says a lot.

Costumer service replies sometimes within 36h sometimes doesn’t bother themselves to reply, not mentioning that service they provide is awful

Me and my husband had meeting with our personal advisor( Mula Kart). we are very happy to have Bank Nordik and also Advisor Mula Kart. He is so good and always happy and smile advisor always give as good solution and advice. we are happy being customer for BANKNORDIK.

I had meeting yesterday with my personal advisor *BankNordik*. Me and my colleague are looking into buying an apartment in Copenhagen together. We are currently both with Danske Bank and have not been satisfied with their service. We met with Camilla Meier from the Østerbrogade Bank Nordik branch and discussed the possibilities of switching banks for our personal accounts as well as opening a joint account. We also discussed the possibilities of taking out a mortgage loan to finance the purchase of the property and Camilla was extremely helpful and patient in outlining the many considerations and expectations related to loans and property buying and she really made us feel in control and respected.

i really love the service. I am really relaxed by the fact that I have my account opened in your Bank. Nordic Bank is really trustworthy with a great amount of customer services.
