Avoid concerns & repeat the same stock info, products not made in UK.
They avoid answering questions or addressing concerns. Made in India which is not obvious when you order. I would never order business cards from so far away - what terrible air miles! Paid for urgent delivery and they arrived late after my event and I asked for refund and they ignored me.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, we had an event planned, the banner was ordered a month before. There were some issues with the artwork not being high quality enough, this was sent in a different format, which corrected the issues. This caused a small delay.
We required the banners before a big event to advertise our club to the local community.
The banners were meant to be with us 2 days before, but still haven’t arrived and today is the event. They were for the specific event… so now cannot be used again… if they ever turn up.
Have had a great experience the first couple times we used them, but this time has been delay after delay and disappointment is with the delivery date.
The customer service has not been in touch since I could see the delivery dates getting changed every day… we are on the event day today and they still haven’t arrived…

Not delivered in time and no contact
Ordered car flags and paid extra for them to be delivered sooner to use in an event for our business. The flags did not arrive in the timeframe provided, despite the additional payment. Received no reply to contact to raise disappointment with this. Unlikely to use BannerBuzz again.

Sticker wasn't delivered
Sticker wasn't delivered. 30 emails deep to get black text on a sticker. Price was upped by 8 pounds. After two 30 minute phone calls a month later and 36 pounds down still no sticker.
So much spam and a complete lack of transparent process.

Extremely poor communication and disappointing service
I placed an order for a personalised flag and clearly selected the option to have a pole pocket at the top. I also included a note asking for grommets on the left side in addition to the pole pocket.
So why did BannerBuzz change my order to have the pole pocket on the left side instead? If that’s what I wanted, I would’ve selected that option — it was clearly available during the ordering process. I chose “top” and added a note when ordering with clear instructions to have grommets add at the same time as a pole pocket as you are unable to select two options.
The proof they sent showed no clear indication of where the pole pocket would actually be — just a white strip down the side of the design. As someone who has never ordered from them before, how am I meant to know that this white space represents the pole pocket?
Since then, I’ve been going back and forth with useless customer service, who keep deflecting responsibility and now expect me to pay for a reprint. That’s absolutely unacceptable. Their poor communication and misinterpretation are what caused this problem in the first place.
What’s even more frustrating is that this flag is for a very special occasion at the end of the month, and they can clearly see that from what’s printed on the flag itself. Yet they keep stalling, and it’s honestly annoying at this point. Just fix the order the way I originally requested it.

Paid for specific day delivery, and items arrived late so couldn’t be used. But the worst part was the service. I had at least seven interactions with people to resolve it, I was never offered any refund for the delivery and they refused any help. They are working against Consumer Law and dgaf. Truly the worst service I’ve encountered it the way I was spoken to.

The design process was ridiculous
The design process was ridiculous. I supplied the artwork with clear instructions. It took more than 20+ emails to get everything ordered. It seemed like a different person was responding each time meaning there was no continuity for resolving queries.
