Colossal waste of time and money

I ordered a vinyl banner to put up outside an event on the weekend of 6/7 September. To be fair, it was an afterthought and I only ordered it a week beforehand, so although it might have arrived in time I paid an additional £34 (around 3 times the cost of the banner itself) to have a ‘rush’ delivery, which should have come with 2 days to spare. Then just before the weekend I was notified that the banner had been held up in Ahmedabad of all places. It arrived after the event was over. They keep it very quiet that you are ordering something from the other side of the world! What was it like? I don’t know, what’s the point of opening it now!? Needless to say I won’t be using them again - colossal waste of time and money.

The worst customer service ever

This has been genuinely the worst customer satisfaction I have ever had. On a call for 58 minutes, most of which I was on hold for only to be hung-up on at the end. My design was perfect and exactly as I wanted it but kept being told that it didn't meet requirements. These requirements are not stated anywhere. The design team were useless and when it came to actually requesting for me to get my money back I'm told that best I can hope for is a call back in 4 to 6 hours.

Since you selected the inside glass application, the adhesive is on the printed side, allowing you to stick the decal on the inside of the glass while it is visible from the outside. I would NOT recommend Bannerbuzz

I would NOT recommend Bannerbuzz. I paid extra for priority delivery, which clearly stated a specific delivery date. Despite this, I had to chase them for the artwork and design I had already paid for. Only then did they tell me the delivery would be delayed by three days.

I asked if the order could be sent directly to the conference venue instead. They said yes, so I provided the new address, changing it from Hertfordshire to Edinburgh. After confirming the address change, they sent me an unexpected invoice for an additional delivery charge and added yet another day onto the delivery.

Customer service throughout has been unhelpful and unclear. There was no transparency about the delays or costs at any stage. As of writing, I have still not received my order. The communication has been terrible throughout. Customer service has been unhelpful and inconsistent, and as yet I have still not received my order. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor service.

Bannerbuzz found my parcel.

I've still not received my order. UPS left a note saying at a Costcutter shop, they say it's not been delivered to them.
Bannerbuzz interceded and found my parcel and I collected. They returned my postage and gave a discount for inconvenience, thank you.

Avoid at all cost

paid for a designer who didn't do a single thing I asked. it was impossible to schedule a call or screenshare with them as everysingle link in the email was broken. called "customer service" which was useless and solved nothing. suddenly received a "you missed a scheduled call" email - no calls were scheduled or missed, I sent them proof of my call records which showed 1 spam call and 1 answered call from Syndney. The Sydney call was dead and nobody was on the other end. horrendous, useless, wasted my precious time with zero result. p.s I am writing this from my personal email rather than my work mail which I used to purchase the feather flag. Just attempting to get a refund.

Tracking and communication issues, good product quality

Didn't send one of the banners I ordered, was told by BannerBuzz I'd be given an update after 24 hours but nobody had contacted me in that time, so I wrote this review negatively. After this review was seen by the business they called me, coincidentally the parcel was then delivered by another courier that was not listed in tracking of the order. Products are good quality but communication around order delivery could be improved.

Poor Company, Scam.

Terrible Company. Kept going back & forth with them because my files weren't the "correct size" when I followed everything on the site. Their collecter cards range is very misleading. I thought I was able to have multiple different front designs with the same back as the site allowed me to, only to be told after so many back and forths that I can only submit 1 design.

I wanted a refund but they refused to give one, only a "discount" that I don't even think went through. I gave up and just let them proceed with 1 design as I was already unsatisfied with their procedure and how long this was taking due to the back and forth.

Finally received the cards today - the quality is absolutely poor. I can't understand how it ended up that way when I gave them such high quality files and was super patient with their back & forths.

They aren't a UK based company either, not sure why they are labling themselves this way.

Do not go with them, this felt like an absolute scam. Wasted my time & money.

Be carful - when the proofs arrived i said that they was a problem with the order and they didn't take any notice and now wont deal with the issue.

Generally great

Generally great - but packaging the banners are sent out in is not very environmentally friendly (lots of parcel tape) and difficult to get into.

Such a difficult and painful …

I don't do reviews but this worth a word. Such a difficult and painful communication with BannerBuzz. I've ordered a printed roller blind which came with wrong mechanism. After few days and 10s of emails back and forth, photos etc. they offered to send me the correct one, which I accepted. After 2 weeks, same wrong mechanism has been posted to me. Not much to be said.
