READ THE REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no indication the business operates from INDIA. It is using a .co.uk domain so is pretending to be a UK company. You only find out when you check the delivery tracking which changes the delivery date every time you look. Then obviously, when the items arrive you will have to accept them irrespective of whether they are what you ordered or even of any use at all. My customer needed the vehicle graphics by today. I ordered specifically with the understanding that that was going to happen. Now I have had to cancel the installation and tell them I don't know when it will happen. I now look like I am running a poor operation and you can almost certainly guarantee that if and when they do arrive the quality will be so poor I will have to order again from someone else. HEED THIS WARNING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE UK COMPANY.

Banner Buzz sent over a proof before printing, timeframes were reasonable for delivery and quality was detailed and vibrant.

Banner printed in India

There was no indication on the website that our banner would be printed on India. The time taken from dispatch until receipt was 10 days, India to Germany to UK. Will not use Banner buzz again

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I will not use this company again. Tomorrow I will send all documents about my orders to my lawyer. I had 7 orderes until now and I didn't received any of them without any problem or stress. I always had some problems about each order. This is enough. I specially ordered with fast delivery and paid extra for receive my orders 2 days earlier, but my order 2 days delayed already. I had several phone calls with them and nothing changed. I changed all my plans and installation date with my customer. I will make installation 4 days delayed. You have disgraced me in front of my customers and damaged my business reputation. They should learn take their job serious. When they will loose £15.000 in court for £175 order, they will learn maybe. We are not playing game here, we are doing business.

Keep calm

I mistakenly thought that the words for the flag would suffice for printing, wasnt sure what you required as far as Artwork was concerned.
Product was however exactly as I wanted, thank you.

Ordered a flag, promised delivery, never arrived In time, shocking customer service :(

Ordered a flag, was promised It would be delivered in time, as it was for a very special trip, paid premuim delivery, It didnt arrive, countless phone calls to customer service and ups, having to call after midnight in the UK, when it arrived, it wasnt the specs id asked for.
Shocking customer sevice, I will NEVER use this company again.

Bad customer service

The banner was shipped from Germany to India via UPS where it's been stuck for over a week. Bannerbuzz have stopped responding to me. Our event is in a week's time and I would have wasted loads of money on a banner that either won't turn up or will arrive after our event.

Complete waste of time (and money)

Placed order on 14th May for a sample printed box and paid for urgent delivery - we're launching a new product and wanted to look at the chosen box design before potentially placing a much larger order.

Was given a delivery date of 21st May so everything seemed fine. Artwork was uploaded and approved within 15 minutes of the order being placed and assumed there would be no issues.

On 24th May, having had no email updates, with order stuck in 'In Production' on their website portal and no sign of a delivery, I contacted their customer services team and got a relatively quick response saying sorry for the delay, they currently had some production issues and that they would refund 50% of the fee I paid for delivery.

Two days later I then got a follow up email to say that the card I selected for the box was out of stock and they were offering a different one - slightly strange as assume they'd have known this when I placed the original order two weeks previously and also when speaking to their customer services team. Anyway, agreed to alternative straight away and got a new delivery date of 5th June.

We're now at the 9th June and the order is still 'In Production' and I'm awaiting a response to an email I sent 3 days ago to their customer services team. Given that most people in the reviews say it gets shipped from India, it doesn't look like we'll see this order anytime soon (if at all). We've had to place the same order with another company - there's absolutely zero chance of us ever using BannerBuzz again. The order was only about £30 and fortunately we did a test purchase before placing a much bigger order.....

Order was not delivered on time

Order was not delivered on time. Everything ordered was unusable and the whole process was a waste of time. I did get a full refund by that didn’t compensate for lost time and effort on my part. Use them if you don’t have a dead line and don’t pay for express service.

Do not even try

Do not even try. The business cards are the worst quality i have ever seen in my life . Also you will have to wait few weeks to receive your order .The delivery was late .

No customer support

Should have read the reviews first! Ordered a vinyl sticker, with a delivery date of Tues 27th May. I thought I was ordering from a UK company. When I went to track the item, it was sat in New Delhi airport for quite some time. Then I received a notification from them on the 27th, to say it had been delivered. Which it had not been. I contacted them to raise a ticked to find out what was going on. The automated response said the usually reply within 3 hours, or up to 24 hours. I have yet to get a response. Then on the 28th I check the tracking again, it was now in Germany. It turned up on the 30th. OK, so not too bad in terms of delivery time. But my issue is really that they were not clear in showing the item was not being produced in the UK, and that they didn't reply to my request for follow up.

Customer service and transparency are lacking. I will not be using this company again.

Absolutely terrible service and…

Absolutely terrible service and organisation, despite calling themselves BannerBuzz UK everything is printed and shipped from India and all the call centre is in India, despite paying for express delivery my order arrived 2 days late to the wrong address, call centre promised to ring back with updates etc but never did, banner arrived far too late to be useful so is just a write off
