Cost of Living. Prices going up and everything is more expensive, so when Barclaycard offered to increase my credit limit I accepted for the first time in 5 years. Just a little more breathing space. Thank you!

Credit card delivery is awfully slow
Credit card delivery is awfully slow. They don't use first class post. There is no way to email Barclays. They just don't have an email address for customers. None whatsoever. You have to go through a very clunky app.... Which barely works or a telephone system that is incredibly frustrating with a million questions to answer. Eg... Your date of birth and then how old will you be next birthday. Your full mobile tel number and then what's the last 3 digits of your mobile number. List is endless. Best one yet. So you didn't receive your credit card.... Have you set up any recurring payments. Lol.

I have to insert my card details every time I make a payment. Didn't use to be like that. Sometimes doesn't go through, especially when I am clearing the balance. So annoying and outdated App.
