Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service.
Closed my account over 18 months ago. Last month started getting emails from them. Seems they never closed my account but can’t help. Them put me one mute and closed the call.

I got my card through and it states you…
I got my card through and it states you can view your account without a pin. I received my card a week ago and followed up to see where the pin was I even went into the branch and they activated it for me just incompetent rang thr customer service team I explained my account was up and running he still wouldn’t help me. I’ve now cut the card up and shredded and put all the details in the shredder. Save your self the bother and go with someone reputable !!!!!

Great service
Fast, easy application. Everything clear and concise. Excellent credit limit. I would have given five stars, however I did encounter a problem setting up the app. However, when I contacted customer service, it was easily rectified. Customer service were excellent and highly professional. Would highly recommend 🙂

The useless Barclaycard App!
I've no complaint with being able to use my Barclaycard, however after having my card used fraudulently, my urgent need to contact them left me exhausted! I have the Barclaycard App - it is great for checking balance but useless for anything else. Barclaycard insist I can contact them via this app - I CANNOT. There is absolutely no facility to either contact them or message them. I would have thought that a company as large as Barclaycard could produce an app with a user rating higher then 2.8. They expect us to soon use this App as the only way to contact them - I'll be changing credit cards very soon!
