Sometimes inventory doesn't match what's available on the website. The staff is helpful and service is very fast. I would recommend them.
Very bad experience, charged me for 6 rolls of paper instead of 6 cases. They were 6 times as expensive as another online store I usually deal with, then wouldn’t even send me an email to send the product back! I received a reconditioned Scanner and at first had trouble making
it work. A person at your company suggested that I contact the
manufacturer, which I did. He provided me with a Code 39 sample
barcode which I could print out. I printed it out and scanned it with the
scanner and it worked perfectly.
That told me that the scanner worked, and I just needed to figure out
how to print barcodes correctly.
I was very pleased with the reconditioned scanner which I purchased
from you for just $40, which worked perfectly.
In case you need to advise others, MS Word appears to not be able
to print barcodes which are scanable. I found out by trial and error
that MS Excel does do so. I therefore wrote in excel a spreadsheet
which printed barcodes 1 through 80 for an Avery 5167 format
sheet. Excel works at doing this, Word does not.

Placed and order a month ago. When placed, their site said it was in-stock and ready to ship, but that turned out not to the case as it still hasn’t shipped. Every week they tell me it will ship next week, but never does, and I have to reach out to them to learn this. Could this go on forever?
These guys are great! They have fantastic pre-sales engineers to help you get the right product for your application. That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.
Product was shipped quickly and was exactly what we ordered. No complaints!
Purchased a printer through the website which was not a problem at all. However we purchased the 2 day shipping because of a need to have it arrive sooner. It took about 4 days to arrive and the shipment was split. They did refund some of the shipping cost but still caused an inconvenience due to the delay.
Sent completely wrong Scanner... Then advised couldn't see in order in system .. found order .. advised to have pictures sent of wrong item to: ajohnson...
heard nothing after a week.. sent multiple emails... nothing .. called into BG.. new rep advised no notes were in the system. Had to start all over. Rep advised original product purchased, was not available now. had to spend $110 more.

Deceptive pricing. Related to Barcodes Inc etc. Multiple sites all with different prices that ship from and are the same business.
Purchased a printer and had to return due to incompatibility. Return process is slow and refund received was not the total amount paid. Also, did not receive a notification of credit from the company.
Tech Support did not have information on various types of cables.
