The sales associate handled my return/exchange plus an additional purchase so efficiently and so patiently. Additionally, one of the exchange items was not available in the new size in the color I needed. She found another bra in a similar color the I now purchased. I didn't see this second bra on you website. I'm very happy that she could find this for me. She wasn't rushed and was very, very patient.

I ordered 2 bras, one fit and one didn't. So I emailed to do a return, since exchanges are not allowed for anywhere outside of the USA. They were going to take $40 off the refund for shipping and fees, leaving me with $20.
On their site it says you'll be refunded the price but you have to cover return shipping, I was not given that option which I would prefer since I could find a cheaper way to ship back.
I emailed them back to cancel the return as the shipping back was too costly. The customer service took a week to reply and were uninterested in my concerns.
I wouldn't order from them again.

The bras were not my favorite. They had no give to them, and they felt uncomfortable in the shoulder despite holding the girls in place
Kerri was very helpful with helping me with a couple returns. she was a rockstar combing my multiple accounts and orders I unknowingly placed with multiple email addresses. Obviously all my own doing but she straightened it out and combined my loyalty rewards into one place! Thank you Kerri!

Been shopping at Bare Necessities for many years now, and it’s the only site I buy my every day lingerie from. The customer service is excellent, the sales are frequent, the selection is wonderful, and I greatly appreciate the diversity in their advertising and on their site. It’s much easier for people to imagine themselves in the products when the models look like them; if you look at their Instagram you’ll see they even feature women with grey hair and a little life experience in their feed. Keep it up, Bare Necessities!

I was a little upset when calling customer service today.
Kimberly was very helpful and kind and helped me work through my 2nd return and another shipping fee.She was able to eliminate the return shipping fee and processed an exchange for 2 more Bra s' to hopefully find my favorite one again.Thank You Kimberly for making me a much happier camper !

I had a fit consultation and they recommended a product they didn't have. So I ordered a similar product in a size larger because I don't like to feel suffocated. I had trouble keeping track of the order information email because they sent me so many sales emails after that. I did eventually find the order confirmation emails. The bras I received were way too small. The returns process was confusing and they had a policy where I had to order more stuff just to not pay a fee for returning the things that didn't fit. The return label was just something that appeared on their website and not in a printable format. To print it I had to screenshot it and print the screenshot. The post office couldn't scan that. They also say there's an undisclosed financial penalty for not returning the items fast enough.
They have good customer service. They said they would give me free return shipping. They didn't say whether they would waive the fee for returning the items. They also offered to mail me a shipping label since I am not able to print theirs. They offered that before I even told them I had that problem, which means other customers must have had that problem before me.
Dealing with the website is awful and the sizing and fitting are terrible and their return policies make me want to limit myself to Amazon for all future bra purchases online. But their customer service seems OK. Maybe I can at least not lose too much money or too much more time to this.

I'm really happy with my purchase because it arrived very quickly considering it came from North America to Europe in just 2 weeks.
