Great site..cant beat the price...great customer service..highly recommend

I was sceptical to use them based on some reviews i had read but so far all seems well. I got a great price on my tickets. Will use them in the future if i have a need.

Cheaper than any other place and very easy transaction. I even got a call telling me that when they ran my card they broke the amount into two transactions and to not be alarm that they were only charging what I had agreed to pay. I've never had that before; a personal call! Great customer service.

Booked online Tampa to Augusta flight for 10th Dec'18 on Bargainairticket website. On travel day, after reaching airport to catch flight at 5 am, airlines shows flight cancelled due to bad weather. Airlines informed that my contact details are not provided in the booking hence no one informed me. shocked I called bargainairticket customer care, no satisfactory reply, no support to book alternative flight etc. booked a flight at double the cost to meet appointment & requested customer care to refund the amount. Partial amount refunded by airlines in 10 days or so however balance of USD 127 is pending after 1 month to be paid by bargainairticket. I sent reminder mail & again made international call to find status after a month, curt staff states it takes two months to send refund, unbelievable!!

In winter we have big airlines frequently cancelling flights on the name of bad weather, If one looks at it from cash cycle, its from booking till refund could be 4 -5 months of free cash bargainairticket guys are enjoying. is it not an interesting business model!!

Net net, this company has bad system with no contact information to airlines, bad response with no alternative flight arangement, bad response of customer centre with attitude & no replies to mail and 2 months of refund cycle after flight cancellation etc. My guess they can not survive for Long in todays customer centric business environment!!

This was the best price and the time I needed to go. I actually picked a flight home that was late and made one stop for a couple of hours. I got a call from an agent who asked if I would rather take the no stop flight. Usually you have to pay more or can’t make any changes. I have told everyone to go to Bargainticket. Than you again!

This was the first time we used Bargainairticket and had not problems.

Website did not let me know that I was buying basic economy tickets. By the time I recognized this it was too late. Also, website did not allow entering TSA or frequent flyer number at the time of booking.

I was very nervous booking with a service unknown to me that was half the price of the airline and popular services. ( Kayak, Expedia, Amrrican Express Travel). Sf o when I didn't get an immediate confirmation I was worried. I called support. They were very responsive and assured me that I would get a response within 48 hrs. The next day I was ticketed. This was a very good experience.
