Had a wonderful transaction....Excellent communication and almost immediate response to my email questions (even on Sunday!!).I made reservations for weekend travel the WE before Easter and the Easter WE to/from Ft Lauderdale.... Saved 40% off of fare(s) I had researched through several aggregator sites. These guys are the real deal. I received my locator# within 24 hours and I went on the airline webpage and accessed my flight reservations and chose my seat selections. Very pleased !!

What a disaster trying to fly back home to South Africa yesterday. I got to the airport ON TIME buy I was told my flight which was supposed to be at 9.40am was under service - no one emailed me or trxted me about this and they put me on a 12pm flight when I got to the connecting airport at Ohare they told me the same (I was supposed to fly at 2pm) they wanted to put me on 6pm flight which was going to get to Orlando at 9.58pm I told them my flight at MCO leaves at 9.50pm. They didn't care. I had to repurchase another ticket from Ohare to get me to JFK. To get on the Flight leaving for South Africa. I expect to be at least refunded for such inconvenience and the extra expense of repuchasing another ticket at the airport because their planes were being serviced.

Fares were very competitive. Was skeptical at first but I called them and They were very professional and responsive. In less than 24 hours after making my reservation it was confirmed and ticketed by the airlines

Your company changed my fight date by one day and if I had not called to check on seats I would have missed my cruise.
I am not very happy at all and will probably never use this again.
I spoke to an agent and hopefully got it fixed. If you want my business I really think you should compensate me somehow.

They push insurance had to scroll through multiple times. I got really frustrated after clicking no I have purchased insurance in the past and was next to impossible to get them to pay. F grade to see a sencondary service added.

Honestly I was skeptical as the price was so good, but we bought 2 round trip tickets to Orlando, saw our reservations on American Airlines, and had no issues at all. SO happy to have found this site and will use again and recommend. THANK YOU!

I was a little skeptical because the price was really good for the flight I wanted. I purchased online and after a while, it came back with an error message that I had to call. When I did, they told me the price would be $45 higher. Since it was still a bargain, I went ahead and purchased the ticket. I was nervous that there would be some glitch and I'd end up with no ticket, but all was fine. It was a rocky beginning, but they had real people answering the phones, and fast, and I'd like to try them again and next time give them 5 stars.

The process was relaxing and convenient. I have not traveled yet but, will be able to give a more accurate view of the experience in a few weeks. This review may increase to 5 stars!

I was skeptical at first because of the price, and had to wait over 48 hrs for a second confirmation from American Airlines on my tickets. (read that was going to happen in other reviews)
I was able to get a hold of customer service online as well as on the phone within those 48 hrs. and they explained why 2 confirmations one from them at time of purchase and the second one from the airline after being ticketed. And was able to check with AA to confirm with them As well.
So in short they found me the best price out there at that time and I will use them again in the future and hopefully it goes well again.

I was able to get a good priced flight ticket without any problem. Totally legit and works.

I got a great deal on our tickets thru Bargainairticket.com. I was skeptical at first, because the price I got was 50% off of the airline's listed price on their website. I was able to log in to the airline website about 2 days later to confirm the booking and choose seats. Bargainairticket was very responsive to my questions. I contacted them twice thru chat because I couldn't find my reservation on the airline website the next day. They responded to me right away and assured me that the reservation was confirm and the ticket numbers were pending my credit card verification. So we got the flights that we wanted with 50% savings. They offered more flight choices than Google Flights which I used to use. I will definitely use this website for future booking again.
