The offered me a ticket, and next day they came out saying it would not be the same price, and try to charge me double without my autorization.

The staff is helpful and considerate. They treat their customers with care. I am recommending their services to everyone!

updated Review: Please see note below in case you are confused by how the system works. I can report as of yesterday evening that everything went through and is now live on AA.com with seats assigned (takes 24 to 48 hours). Just be aware that you may get an extra confirmation number via email that is for the agency and to make sure you use the airline confirmation number that will be provided in an email marked invoice. The plusses were that the chat was very responsive twice and that Edward called me this morning to confirm everything was set up.

(What had me concerned - Booking system worked without issue to book and pay, but I still do not have tickets showing on AA.com despite the flights hitting my credit card. We were also confused by how the tickets were booked on AA.com the day I booked, but then cancelled on AA.com. AA.com has no record of flights. By chat, bargainairticket.com said that the tickets would book in 24 to 48 hours and that there would be no cancellation of tickets. Given the disagreement between the two sources, we're worried that we won't have air tickets to use. A second email was sent with a second record locator. This has also been cancelled as per AA.)

I got a great deal but don’t understand why the tickets cannot be booked immediately… I had to wait three days to get a confirmation from Bargain air ticket & from the airline… Within those three days the prices went up on the tickets and if it didn’t get confirmed I would’ve paid more for the tickets… But it worked out and I got a great deal on airfare but just didn’t understand why I had to wait three days to get confirmation

Was skeptical at first because I saved $200 on my one way ticket. However, I checked the American Airlines website after my reservation completed processing (24hours after booking on your site as was stated at time of booking ) I found my confirmed. ticketed reservation and I was able to purchase my advance seat assignment.

The only problem l had was to call the airline and the Bsrgain ticket because no further information after purchasing the tickets online!!
