The bed was fine, great in fact but two of the floors were damaged and sadly did not click into place so they had to be screwed in. Leaving a four star review because the floors are beautiful even if some of them are a bit spaced out due to the floors not clicking.

Ordered a bed frame with making up and disposal of old frame.the delivery driver rang when he was on his way,no problem took away old frame.the assembly man came shortly after and took no length to make the frame. He took away all the cardboard with him.it was all a very efficient service

Ordered the 3 in 1 charger for iPhone etc....
the charger doesn't work without taking off the case of the phone, the other 3 dongles didn't even work!
no attempt at resolving the issue, just out there to take your $$ DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

It could not have been easier to order online. They rang me after I had ordered to arrange delivery at a convenient time. The delivery was on time and the delivery persons could not have been more helpful. Great communication throughout the entire experience and my new outdoor furniture arrived well protected and looks great on my balcony.

Bought products online over a week ago.. have heard nothing from bargaintown about dispatch or delivery. No idea of estimated date of delivery. Not impressed.

Couch leg is not fit for purpose. I emailed no response yet. Delivery planning was very good.

Great service . Had floorboards layed yesterday and the two gentlemen that carried out the work. They were so professional. So clean . They even took the time to clean up after them selves . Couldn’t be happier with them . Highly recommend!

Great service, bunk beds delivered and old bed removed I hadn't fully been able to get the bed outside and delivery guy helped me.
I had a query about the assembly so emailed head office to which they called me straight away to give me info on the driver.
Beds assembled very quickly and delighted with the product and excellent service.
