Had some bedroom furniture delivered by Michael and Colin. Guys were great, rang ahead to confirm time of arrival and managed an awkward install up a flight of stairs expertly. All with a smile and positive attitude, was a delightful service. Love the furniture, many thanks.

We’ve had two deliveries and both have been very professional and careful,

John and Callum did a brilliant job delivering our furniture today. It isn’t the easiest of houses and we have 13 steps to go up before getting to the house! They just got on with it, up and down the steps dozens of times carrying the furniture one item, a sofa bed weighed an absolute ton and they just cracked on. Unfortunately one of the legs on the leather sofa was damaged but they admitted that it was a fault of theirs and told us straight away. They took photos and they hadn’t been gone an hour before customer service rang us and the matter was sorted. Before they left they made sure we were happy with everything else. The whole team at Barker and Stonehouse have been great

I have recently ordered a new sofa from Barker and Stonehouse. It was available for delivery within a week. Jake and Stephen delivering were very efficient and called ahead just prior to arrival, which was appreciated. They were careful bringing new sofa in and removed all the packaging it was securely wrapped in.

Sofa itself is of great quality and very comfortable. Could not be happier with the quality and price was very competitive.

Patrick and Harry from Norwich Branch took great care while delivering and assembling the chairs. And kept their promise to give a ring back within 5 min to let us know of a new time slot because they were running behind.

Katie G at the Hove store was extremely helpful. I wanted to purchase a sofa on clearance but it was on display at another store. Katie liaised with the other store and sorted out all the paperwork and the delivery. Couldn’t be happier with the sofa and how easy Katie made the process, thank you!

From sales, to delivery, to customer services, they have all happily solved my issues: I wanted to delay delivery for four weeks and there was a small defect on my purchase. Delivery of a chest of drawers by Colin R & Michael H was spot on - they called ahead to let me know their ETA, and navigated a fairly tricky drop off quickly, efficiently and with a smile.
Very pleased with the quality of furniture.

We went to this company having seen a table that we wanted a closer look at. We viewed the item, (a dining table) and was approached by a sales assistant Geraldine.
This was helpful since her knowledge and understanding of our requirements was met in a most professional and efficient way. Geraldine handled the sale completely to our satisfaction and we cannot be happier with the outcome.
The store was inviting and well stocked without being crowded. All in all a very happy and satisfying visit resulting in our purchasing the item we wanted with excellent sales assistance and help from Geraldine
