Amazing service, fast service and deliver what they promise!

Fantastic service from quote to installation. Found it very easy picking the right bed with expert recommendations from staff, took delivery within the week of confirming and assembly was done very quickly. The quality of the bed for the price paid makes this an amazing value for money product.

I wasn't sure what colour to order. Over WhatsApp, someone helped me with various swatches, delivered quickly. Ordered two footstools and am really happy. Delivered by two helpful guys. Would recommend.

Terrible company - avoid at all cost!

Purchased a super kind size bed and it arrived with a fault. The T-nuts were not inserted so there was no way of connecting the headboard.

Requested a replacement product and received disgraceful customer service. The company did not help in any way.

Never purchase a bed from Barron beds!!

Excellent services, from the get-go. I dealt with an individual named Tahir who was very pleasant and attentive throughout the experience of shopping with them. I required a headboard making as my last supplier was not that great, Tahir took the details of my requirements and provided a product of far greater quality than the person I purchased the bed from. The delivery was prompt and on time.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Barron's Beds! The quality of their beds is exceptional—so comfortable and well-crafted. Plus, the delivery was incredibly quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great night's sleep and stellar service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The person I talked to at the start was very informative and quick to respond. The beds are priced very competitively and arrived early. We've been using them for the last few months and have had no problems!! Definitely would recommend 👌

We had 2 double beds delivered last week. I was a little apprehensive ordering on-line without knowing the quality of the beds and mattresses. However I was super impressed with how robust the ottoman beds were and with the quality of the mattresses.

The service from order to delivery was fantastic. Both beds were assembled by the delivery guys within 45 minutes. Very efficient! We absolutely love the finished product and would recommend these guys without hesitation.

I ordered a Chesterfield ottoman bed, had contact within 3 days of the order to say it would be arriving the same week, I was a bit shocked but said yes as my dad was coming for a visit the week after so wouldn’t be convenient then. I was told I would be contacted the day before with a four hour window. That week I heard nothing from them. I sent an email enquiring what had happened, I received a response with an apology stating the bed would arrive soon and I would get 24 contact with a 4 hour window. At 7.30am one morning I received a phone call to say my bed would be arriving in 20 minutes.
The bed arrived well packaged. A couple of days later we unpacked the bed. It was damaged underneath, not enough that it affects us using the bed but I would class it as seconds and not quite what they showed online.
The sides were different and the legs were different. There were also no instructions on how to put it together.
It’s a nice bed, lots of room underneath. Velvet on headboard and footboard feels great but just those few problems.

Beautiful bed & came within a week. I Was very skeptical about ordering a bed & not seeing it after being scammed on a face book bed site. Trust pilot made me make my mind up & the reasonable prices.
The Bed was well packaged, very well made . Great colour & material. Delivery went smooth. Not yet used as it’s for my quests / daughter when they come to stay. However I can not stop admiring it. It looks great 😊.

I ordered an amalia Chesterfield coffee table footstool it was supposed to be dusty pink, it arrived and it's actually more barbie pink which is not what i wanted at all, I've sent two emails to try and get it returned, both emails have come back saying it doesn't exist, I've called the landline and mobile number, no one answers, I've left two voicemails. I'm also looking into legal action.
I certainly wouldn't order anything from them again.

Just editing my review as they have actually bothered to respond but to say I'm not getting a refund and will have to keep it even though the colour is not how it was advertised and even with a bereavement to deal with they are not going to allow me to return it and get my money back which is £329.99!! It was supposed to be dusty pink is advertised, they said i should've ordered a sample to check the colour, basically saying its my own fault.

Ordered two beds so far and the delivery and service was outstanding.No communication issues during purchasing.
Ordered the beds over the phone and they were delivered two days later and the quality was as described.

We bought 4 beds from barronbeds nearly 2 years ago, still amazing quality and look like new. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. We ordered 2 more beds recently and the beds quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Very good finishing, great customer service and very quick delivery. I would definitely give 10/10 and very happy to recommend them.

We ordered 3 beds and they were all delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Service and delivery times were spot on.. the quality at Barton Beds is 5 star. I would highly recommend.

We had issue with our bed, had to write many emails to ask for a refund. Eventually company agreed to a full refund only to find £180 deducted. Will now look to take legal action.
