On delivery they had asked for payment. This payment was done online. Please check before delivery, which customer has not paid for their item. Organise your paperwork. Delivery men was polite and friendly. Bed is beautiful.

Ordered a double Aliyah with Sleep Master mattress which was delivered in 4 days,from start to finish the whole team was very helpful and understanding which is very rare to find these days.

Absolute amazing customer service from start to finish, contacted via instagram and nothing was too much trouble in asking questions out of hours, sent me extra images to compare materials, organised additional couriers to make sure I had a bed for when moving, although on opening the bed there was a fault it was arranged to come and be repaired, Tahir was friendly and did an excellent job, the bed looks amazing,
would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy from a family run business that go the extra mile which is a rarity these days but makes all the difference,

Received my Faith Art Deco bed which came in a beautiful mink plush, that was delivered with amazing customer service within the shortest time frame. The bespoke material of the bed was soft to touch and looks absolutely luxurious. I am so pleased with my purchase it turned out better than what I anticipated. Not forgetting the sleep master mattress, one of the comfiest ever. I would definitely recommend Barron beds.

Great service, received my new bed ahead of schedule. Friendly staff, received regular updates and was contacted as promised. Delivery team also kept regular contact and although delivery stated to doorstep, they carried the items to the required room.

Visited Barron Beds for a king size mattress. With so many options available Tahir gave me great advice on choosing the right mattress. Delivery was prompt and the drivers even took it upstairs for me. After having a few nights sleep, I can honestly say it is as good as my previous mattress which cost three times more from the high street. Thank you Barron beds.

Came to deliver mattresses they were so good and polite. They inform me before they came so I sort out everything b4 time. They put mattresses how and where I wanted. Actually they are very good and professional. They know there work very well. Talk with me very respectful way. Everything was perfect.

Bought a double Ice Cool mattress considering the heat wave in Uk,I must say quality of mattress and the service from start to finish was top class.

Having a limited budget, I was unsure as to what quality this bed would be. I am amazed at how good this bed is. My last bed was over £1000, and I’d say the build quality is just as good.
The material is lovely. Very easy to assemble. Solid piece of furniture.

Poor experience with delivery driver,
Refused to delivery into a front room by the door and left the beds half way in the front doorstep. I explained I'm a spine patient and my dad's a kidney patient, ended being being very aggressive and was using ultimatums like £40 charge if you want it in another room. When I refused he swore at and me so I shouted Get out, he told me come outside and was looking to fight me point to come out down the road. Absolutely horrific service, you really need to hand pick delivery drivers as they cause people so much stress considering you charge for delivery. I am so unhappy and this has messed my day up!

Amazing company, we bought 2 and going to get another! They let me choose everything I wanted in the warehouse to make sure it was perfect, the beds are made perfect and amazing prices. The guys let me go to the warehouse to make sure I was happy with the colour and I ended up choosing something else, I’m very glad I went with this company and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now x

My experience at Barronbeds was great. The bed is amazing quality and assembled well. Overall, great service was provided, I would totally recommend, staff is very professional and polite!
