To be honest
To be honest. The best month I had in the whole year was of EBS. I mean it’s hard to point out something that was not pre planned. Everyone was so warm hearted,cheerful. If I have to wish to go back and enjoy those EBS days trust me no one will be as lucky as me. EBS❣️

Best month of my life. I did my course in Kos, it will forever hold a special place in my heart. You learn so much in such a short period of time, meet so many incredible people, make friends that weirdly become like family, I can only advise you to go for it, it is impossible to regret such an amazing adventure. I had an amazing experience at EBS New York. I was suprised how much ive actually learned whilst drinking and going out every single day. Due to the small apartment you grow super close to your classmates. Our class is meeting up in Berlin next week cause we all miss each other already. The instructors were amazing as well. They made school “FUN”again.
If you are thinking about EBS….DO IT! I guarantee you won’t regret it.
PS. Don’t go in July tho, it’s wayyy too hot

Had the most amazing month in July 2023. The instructors were professional, fun to hang with, and great at teaching all the recipes and techniques. It was absolutely a fantastic experience. I love the course content and structure. The theories and all the skills are very useful for my future career. I was really tired everyday because of the intense course haha, but I am so proud of myself! Also, I wanna say thank u to all the hard working and kind instructors, especially kaki. They are doing a great job! everyone being so patient, friendly, and experienced. And of course EBS offers very efficient and thoughtful customer service to me. I sent Clarisse many emails to ask questions and she was so kind and helpful. However, I hope students can be provided with more accommodation choices rather than just bund bed rooms because some people have sleep disorder and they are not used to the bed which is easy to make creaky noises.

Despite the delay in delivering my certificate, they came to report the incident after my messages. and they fixed it as fast as they could! Thank you very much for the resolution! I would like to leave something here: Online Course is very useful and enjoyable! Excellent level of detail! I will even take other online courses with EBS! Here in Brazil we have several Bartending courses, but the EBS course is of an extraordinary level! It will add a lot to my knowledge and willingness to learn many more things!

I was in Amsterdam to do the Bartender course and the experience was absolutely amazing. We learned a lot more than I expected, but still had a lot of time to explore the city and have fun. The Instructors were incredible, funny, competent (at least they seemed really competent; I obviously can't judge that) and helpful. We had an incredible time and I'd redo it immedeately if I could.

EBS Kos, really was one of the best experiences of my time so far! The staff were helpful from the get go, Lawrence and Agata were always there if there to help everyone out, the bar staff were absolutely amazing and made the whole course feel so welcome. The instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, they were willing to have fun with you but really dedicated their time to make sure you could pass. Overall I couldn’t say a bad thing about EBS Kos! Would highly recommend to anyone :) Wish I could do it all again

Tiki course in Barcelona
We took the one week Tiki course in Barcelona and it was a great experience! We learned a lot about the heart and soul of Tiki thanks to our enthusiastic, passionate and talented instructor who has a lot of knowledge on the subject. The course was really varied and dynamic. We made our own Tiki mugs, learned all about the history of Tiki, making syrups, infusing our own rum, mixing our own cocktails, and so much more. All this in a very relaxing atmosphere, while meeting lovely new people from all over the world. After class you get the chance to explore some of the best cocktails bars in Barcelona. We would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in Tiki and wants to go on a fantastic trip to the heart of it.

The Barista course itself was great but the surrounding circumstances not.
The Barista course itself was great and our teacher Izabela was knowledgeable, i learned a lot. However the school and the surrounding circumstances were not really great. There was no one to greet us, welcome us or tell us where to go or where our course would happen on the first day. Then, because our room was between 2 bartender teaching rooms, people from the other courses always just walked into our classes to take or drop things from their courses, which i found disrespectful, because we had to be respectful of their space when they were doing exams. in the end, i had to chase up the support to get login details for the matchstaff platform, which should have been provided automatically. on top of that, i had additionally booked the accommodation for the course for 199Eur, but then needed to cancel it 2 weeks before the course started. this was not possible, and i was told i would have to pay a 300 Eur fine instead and no refund. This was ridiculous. A 50 Eur fine would have been reasonable, but a fine which is 150% of what was originally paid? For that reason my overall experience apart from the course itself, was not that great.

Regarding our facilities, your comment was sent directly to the school. We're always improving and your contribution is valuable for us. We also learn from our students! It's possible that an extraordinary situation lead to that event and 3 courses had to be so close together.
Your opinion will be taken highly into consideration.
I'm also deeply sorry that we had to follow our cancellation policy and decline your refund request 5 working days before the course started. I'm a worker and a student and I know the impact of last minute changes, I believe that this was quite unpleasant for you, we do apologise for making you feel disappointed on us.
I was glad to know, after investigating your situation, that our management team offered you 100 EUR discount for your next EBS course, a way to thank you for understanding that even though we can't change our policy, we can always try and help our students to thrive and turn complicated situations into opportunities.
