I have dealt with Bartletts (Louise Nelson) on all our conveyancing matters for the last 15 years as well as drafting our wills. I find Louise extremely helpful and efficient and Louise has cooperated if we have needed matters dealings with urgently. Louise also dealt with other family members' conveyancing. Would highly recommend the firm. Fees are reasonable too.

We used Bartletts for a house sale answer purchase. Good service, very quick to respond to emails and professional throughout, always got a personal service from the partner overseeing the work when required, would recommend. Good value for money.

I have never had the need to use solicitors very much in the past but in my time of need I found the guidance and kind assistance I received from Bartletts Solcitors to be invalueable. Polite and kind assistance goes a long way to making family problems a little easier to deal with. My probems were dealt with quickly and accurately and I found the fees to be fair and competative.

I found Barletts very efficient, they kept me informed and dealt with my case professionally. From start to finish, which included medical investigations, the whole thing only took just over 12 months until I received my pay out. I would definitely recommend them.

I went with Bartletts originally due to their location. I was born in Liverpool so I felt it would be a better service to use a home town solicitor rather than a big city London firm. They started off very keen and truly efficient. However the original person representing my case left the practice and the goal posts changed. I was really left to my own choices for some time given very little advice and advised that I shouldn't claim for loss of wages due to not having insufficient support. I did pay out for physiotherapy and kept the invoices but these were not accepted. The same went for my accountancy etc. In order to speed the process. I simply took the first offer as I knew that these guys where not exactly supportive and it was catch 22. Delightful people but I wouldn't use them again as they really lost interest and it was going around in circles. I am glad to have got closure on the case and put this long and painful experience behind me.

Although not the cheapest they are also not the dearest.
From my first to last contact with them I found them pleasant and very friendly. They guided me through every step of selling my house and when the timescales became tight they didn't miss a deadline.
The only criticism I have is they do not have a post box .outside office hours but I still would recommend them to my friends and family

Absolutely disgusted with this Company. We recommend everyone stay clear. If your claim do oes go to court you will be totally shocked at the incompetence of them. They have no idea what they are doing. After a long fight we lost, not because the judge didn't believe us, but because they did not supply the correct evidence. There is so much to say but will take to long! All I can say is DONT USE not if you want to win your claim and you don't want to be made to look like a fool.

From the get go Sian listened to me and was very sympathetic to my accident. The decision was almost immediate and they were straight forward. My case did take some time but that was due process and was not the fault of Bartletts. I was completely satisfied with their service and when the other side made an offer Bartletts advised me that it was not enough, they worked until they got me the most acceptable offer.
