I’ve purchased their watch straps before and they’re great quality and have lasted years. Nicely packaged too. My recent order arrived in about a week which is quick considering I’m in the uk. On this occasion I bought the wrong colour by mistake and they replied within the hour and kindly sent me a new strap at no extra cost. 5-star customer service from a great brand offering quality products. Highly recommended.

I have 2 Barton watch bands, which are on MoonSwatches and are outstanding bands. I ordered the wrong band for my Blancpain - I ordered a 21 mm and it requires a 22 mm. The return process was seamless with great communication. Joel took great care of me along the way.

Really great customer service experience
Awesome customer service dept.! I purchased a band and upon receiving it realized it was too small. Contacted customer service about an exchange and Josh got back to me right away. He made it super simple to return the band and get an exchange. Even sent the new band out the same day free of charge.

Best after sales service ever
Simple: I made a mistake selecting the band I was looking for, as unfortunately Garmin attachment is different than the Barton one.
Received a beautiful high-quality leather band but could not fit it.
I informed Barton of my situation and without arguing (they could have as it was my mistake) they offer me to keep it, and /or give it to someone who may like it or if I return to Apple, to exchange it.
It is not all since I could not really enjoy their proposal, they offer to refund and did it.
Not only the quality is superb and the prices reasonable (4 times less that Garmin band).
Above all , the after sales service is the best of any online sell I have ever experience, courtesy , did not even mention that is was my fault) extremely couteous message

Ordered a band from a retailer (not direct), and it started ripping after 31 days. Joel from Barton Support replaced and shipped it for free, even though I didn't purchase it from them. Great customer support.

I ordered 2 bands, 1 leather, 1 canvas. I love them both. I have tiny wrists and they fit perfectly. I lost one of the strap loops and contacted the company by email to buy a replacement loop. The representative was so nice & helpful. He sent me a replacement band the same day. Awesome product, service & company.
