My best customer service experience to date
I ordered the wrong size, and after connecting with one of their customer service representatives, they not only paid for the return label and exchanged my bands for the correct size, but they were also extremely accommodating and sent the bands to a different address that I requested! Not to mention the bands themselves are superb. 10/10, will be a repeat customer.

The elite silicone band that I purchased a little under a year ago began to crack and i forwarded a photo of the damage as well as the order invoice to customer service. One day later i has a response from Joel who informed me that a replacement was on the way. Quite pleased with the customer service.

24mm Elite Silicone Band
EDIT: I need to update my review. I believe this company may be acting dishonestly.
The first replacement watch band was never shipped, according to the tracking number provided. The tracking has shown no updates since July 25, 2025.
I contacted Barton again, and they claimed they no longer had the replacement band, despite their website showing three in stock at the time. After further discussion, a new replacement order was created with a different tracking label dated August 20, 2025. However, this shipment has also not been scanned into the carrier’s system.
This raises serious concerns. At this point, it appears Barton Watch Bands may be generating shipping labels without actually sending out the product.
USE EXTREME CAUTION when ordering from Barton Watch Bands.
I ordered a 24mm Elite Silicone Watch Band, and the quality and comfort honestly exceeded my expectations.
I initially purchased the strap through Amazon and encountered a minor issue with the product description. I reached out to Barton directly, and Joel handled everything quickly and professionally. Communication was smooth, and he went above and beyond, far surpassing any expectations I had.
I'm very happy with the strap I received, but I'm even more impressed by the honesty, integrity, and pride shown by Joel and Barton Watch Bands.
I'll be recommending Barton not just for the product quality and comfort, but for the exceptional, customer-focused service I experienced. Thank you.

Exceptional watch bands
I purchased 3 leather and 1 Silicone band for my Apple iWatch. I initially only wanted to Horween leather since they are excellent color and quality compared to any other leather band but decided to also try the Silicone band. Leathers are expectational in quality, appearance and feel (soft). Silicon band is flexible and much softer than other Silicone bands that are stiffer. These are the beautiful and fit better than any other bands we have including the original Apple bands. I highly recommend you buy at least one leather and one Silicone to try it and you will be amazed.

Quality service
