Joel from customer service jumped on my request to proactively ship a new band due to a measurement on my part

I've purchased a ton of their products and the quality and price have been great, but where they really showed me how they shine was solving an issue with an error shipped to me. They solved it quickly, with no hassle to me AND they allowed me to keep the error items, virtually no questions asked. I was so impressed I bought another strap immediately. Their products are great, but the SERVICE alone is enough for me to keep buying from them.

Helpdesk support specialist (name Felix) made my week.

I ordered a pumpkin orange watch band and sent it to incorrect adress abroad. I don't know how but when the order was sent back to US the support guy (thanks again, Felix) send the order to the correct adress at no additional costs. He was extremely fast and polite (and most important - efficient).

Keep in mind I don't have an order for now, but I already have lots of positive vibes and gratefull for the service.

This is a great company with hands on customer service.

Barton is an amazing company. The products are a beautiful and a great value. More importantly, their customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a band and they resolved the problem right away.

They make great products at fair prices. I own 3 (Canvas, Sailcloth, and Elite Silicon).Next purchase is likely a Horween or Leather...so many great choices. I don't own an Apple Watch or their Cordura would be on it.

There are watch snobs that will say you should buy XYZ band, but they are 3-10x the cost. I'm not swapping out bands on a $20k Rolex, but even if I were, I'd buy 2-3 from Barton instead to mix it up.

They accidentally sent me the wrong strap, and I sent them a message about this. Within 15 minutes they responded and asked for a photo. I sent it to them, and 15 minutes later they've made a new order for the right strap. No hassle, incredibly fast response, and I get to keep the old strap!

I've been buying from Barton Watch Bands for some time now, they are by far my favorite watch straps. Even though it's overseas for me, it's more than worth it. Especially since their support is so good, which is rare in this world.

Quality band with comfort.

I have found Barton Watch Bands to have immensely high-quality products and truly above-and-beyond customer service. I've always ordered Barton bands for my Garmin watches, because I find the feel, options, and longevity to be much better than the native Garmin straps. Unfortunately my new Garmin isn't compatible with Barton straps, which I only discovered AFTER placing the order. But I can honestly say I've had the best customer service experience. The return process was easy and when there was an issue with my return shipping, they followed up with me regularly and communicated clearly for every step of the process. It's rare that a customer service experience is so good that it dramatically improves my opinion of a brand I already liked, but this interaction did just that. I felt taken care of, which is another rare experience these days.

Barton Watchbands provided a prompt refund when I made an incorrect purchase and ensured quick delivery when I selected and paid for the right product. Their response was kind and reliable. Email replies were quick, concise, and accurate. I truly appreciate their excellent service and will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Excellent customer service helped with correcting an order before it shipped.

Don't let the low price discourage you, it would be easy to look at the price of Barton's bands and think that they must be some plasticky band with a mediocre buckle. THEY'RE NOT!!! The materials used for their bands are high quality, and the buckles are stainless steel.

In addition to the great products, you get excellent customer service from the Barton Company. If you have any questions, you can send them an email. Their response time is phenomenal.

Great company to buy from. I had concerns about what size to get because I have small wrists. And they got right back to me and suggested the standard size. So communication was awesome. I received the weathered brown leather strap today and was pleasantly impressed with the quality and the ease of installation. The fit is perfect for my small wrists. The easy release pins made it quick, easy, and secure. Will definitely buy from them again.

Barton straps are excellent products, but what makes the difference for me is their outstanding customer service. Joel quickly and effectively compensated for an error I had made in ordering. Based on his efforts, I won't look elsewhere when needing a strap in the future.
