Beware No Customer Service Available
I ordered five items from Basler Beauty.ie and a box containing one product was delivered a week later. According to the tracking number, my entire order: 5221179 has been delivered. Their customer service phone number connects to an answering message on Sundays when no one is working. The rest of the time, it's apparent they take their phone off the hook. I've sent emails, and a query through their contact form and heard nothing back. UPDATE: The second parcel arrived days after the first, but the lack of customer care puts me off using the site again. It's disingenuous to provide a customer care email and contact phone number, but have no one answering either.
