The Bass Centre has been Australia's only dedicated Bass store for the past 25 years, servicing the bass playing community Australia wide. We offer sales, service and advice, in house bass repairs, excellent customer service and great gear at super competitive prices. We are real people, we play bass.....we live and breath it. The staff at Bass Centre have all been here for a long time, our newest employee has been here for 5 years, our longest....25 years. Combined, we have done literally 1000's of gigs all over the country and we know a tonne about bass gear!! We understand what you want and we try and get you the right gear for the right price every time. We have customers fall over Australia, many of whom have been shopping with us for more than 20 years. We are interested in building long term relationships with our customers, lets face it, playing Bass is a passion that can be all consuming. Our wants change and our gig situations change all the time and you need the right "tools" for each gig that comes your way. We strive to not just cater for your current needs, but to cater for all of your needs of your bass playing career. As much as it sounds like a pitch..........We are seriously here to help

Outstanding!

Great service and good prices at the Bass Centre. There was a minor error with my order and seconds after a sending an email the problem was sorted. Bass Centre will definitely be the first place I look to for my next bass or bass related purchase.

Simple online ordering process

Simple online ordering process, I was kept informed of delivery arrangements, parcel was dispatched very quickly and delivered promptly. And I used a Black Friday discount for my purchase - brilliant!

Excellent range of products and expert…

Excellent range of products and expert staff plus lightning fast shipping. I placed my order and it was packed and picked up by couriers on the same day - something I never get with other stores. Plus, the information provided about the order, shipping and delivery times is very detailed and timely. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very easy purchase of great pickups

Very easy, had a question answered very promptly before purchasing. The EMG Geezer Butler PJ pickups are a great step up from the basic P bass setup that I had, tone control seems to very nicely take finger squeak off without killing the overall tone and the solder less installation is extremely easy and well explained in the accompanying instructions.
