I have nothing to rate you on other than great priced strings (on sale) and prompt postage. I have not yet received my product so it’s hard to give a rating in that respect, although I do find needy requests for ratings like this somewhat annoying.
Nonetheless, I’m sure you’re a wonderful establishment and worthy of the five star rating.

Best customer service I’ve ever received. They didn’t have the Yamaha BB734 that I was after in stock, but a few email exchanges later they upgraded me to the BB735 for only $50. And that was from an already reduced price. Fast, free delivery through TNT. Will buy again.

Just received my new Fender player series and Rumble 100 amp.
Brilliant!. Very happy with the speed of service and the quality and performance of the products.
I'm a first time Bass Centre purchaser and it definitely won't be the last. (I liked the Bass playing truck drivers).

Bass Centre takes care of business quickly. Arrived safe & sound. thank you. Marcus Miller Gen 2 Tobacco Sunburst J Bass. Always been a Fender P player & wanted to add a J to the stable without dropping a Fender price. Solid bass. Heavier than the Fender which is okay. Nice finish, quick action & easy on the fret board. For the price, the build quality and finish is way above what one would expect. Once I drop some flats down it'll be even better, yet still nothing wrong with the standard strings.

I am always happy with the service. THANK you the Marcus Miller V10 is everything it claims a long wait from factory to my hands, however, it is certainly worth the wait. Bass centre will get many more purchase from me.

Sire V7 Gen 2 Vintage Jazz Bass
I bought a Sire V7 Gen 2 Vintage Jazz Bass, they shipped it straight away and got it within a week.
The guitar is in great condition new of course but the package was damaged by TNT courier, thank God there were no damages to the guitar itself as it was shipped inside a gig bag wrapped inside 2 cardboard boxes - there was a huge hole the size of a softball in the outer cardboard box probably damaged by the courier.
TNT courier tracking is terrible they dont update it, the shipping status was horrendous as it was saying the guitar is still in Melbourne after 5 days of shipping to Perth.
I am not happy with TNT the way they have damaged my guitar box during shipping, probably they've tossed the box instead of laying it and stacking it safely for transport.
I have not been able to check if the neck is straight and if the intonation is in because i dont have a bass amp yet.
The action was a bit high for a jazz slap bass guitar, the paint job and the finish are amazing, if i didn't see the brand on the head stock i would have thought it was made by Fender - the quality and finish is up there with the best at a cost far less than Fender prices.
I highly recommend buying from Bass Center if you are after a bass guitar but better arrange your own shipping with insurance.

We are sorry about the TNT delivery, the damage to the carton is not what we like to see but your order is fully insured so if there are any issues we will rectify them. I understand there have been some issues with TNT's tracking, this is due to the time of year, Christmas is flat out and the volume of parcels has caused TNT some tracking issues. I am glad that we got the bass all the way to your door in Perth in 5 days though and glad that you are happy with your new Sire. Merry Christmas! Bass Centre Crew

Don't let the friendly staff fool you, they are true professionals. I purchased my Dingwall bass over the phone on a Thursday, it was delivered to me, in Western Australia's mid west, in less than 5 work days, in perfect condition.
They text me my bass would arrive today, and the van literally pulled up in my driveway 30 seconds later! Timing is everything!
I will happily recommend Bass Centre to anyone in Australia.
