All’s Great until delivery. . .
1st order of a guitar and some small extras.. Everything was great, no dramas, had a issue with payment processing through zip which Dave was so helpful to get sorted. Did a second order of some pedals too.
One pedal is out of stock which is all good so they sent the other. Both orders shipped the same day.. Aus Post delivered a day later, TNT attempted to deliver 4 days later with no phone call or arrangement. When I try calling in to make a plan for me to collect I can’t because they closed on weekends.
WHO THE HELL IS HOME DURING THE WEEK TO RECEIVE ANYTHING??
I know sit in a position where I am work 7am till 6pm everyday next week with no way of collection or drop off. Seriously!! Every other courier company has conivente ways to work around their customers. Now I sit here having spent $2000 on equipment and no way of getting it.
It’s all about how you finish something that people remember.

Hi, sorry to hear there has been a problem with the delivery.
We have shipped your order to the address that you requested, we also sent you a notification on Feb 13 telling you that your order was on the truck being delivered that day and that you needed to be there to receive it, we also sent you a txt at 10.39am on the 13th informing you that it was to be delivered on that day. its a valuable instrument and it needs to be signed for.
When you ordered the bass you are presented with a choice as to where you want it delivered, in this case you entered your home address knowing that you wouldnt actually be there to receive it. I am sorry that you presumed that you could collect it from the couriers on the weekend, no couriers that we know offers that service.
I understand that you are frustrated and we are trying to work with you to get you your bass, we have sent you a message so please reply so we can redirect your order to where you actually are
