We offer sales, service and advice, in house bass repairs, excellent customer service and great gear at super competitive prices. We are real people, we play bass.....we live and breath it. The staff at Bass Centre have all been here for a long time, our newest employee has been here for 5 years, our longest....25 years. Combined, we have done literally 1000's of gigs all over the country and we know a tonne about bass gear!! We understand what you want and we try and get you the right gear for the right price every time. We have customers fall over Australia, many of whom have been shopping with us for more than 20 years. We are interested in building long term relationships with our customers, lets face it, playing Bass is a passion that can be all consuming. Amazing Service
Being based in Perth, Wait Awhile, I've had to endure the likelihood of ANYTHING I need being out of stock or taking weeks to arrive - sometimes even from across town. I was after some Fretwraps - called Bass Centre first thing to confirm stock and colour... no problem there... great service from the rep... I ordered online... received a confirmation email... 30 minutes later the order was shipped... I received email updates at every stage and sure enough they arrived the next day before noon! Can't recommend Bass Centre highly enough, especially to my deprived fellow bassist on this side of the country. I wish I could give 6 stars!

Excellent customer service
My experience with the Bass Centre was exceptional. I had a few queries before ordering a Fender Jazz for my husband as we wanted to change over the guard to a tortoise shell one. They kept in touch every step of the way and it only took 3 days to ship to Perth. Very happy customer.
