Emailed the company and they did respond saying my items would be there by end of last week, still not arrived and doubt they will. Do not buy from this company! I placed an order through Bathrobes UK for bathrobes. My order went through and I asked to pay by bank transfer. Once I received my invoice I made payment. When they received my payment, they told me they had no stock, even though it stated stock online. I have called and sent numerous emails to request my money be returned to me but this was over a month ago with no refund received. I would not buy from this company ever again. I'm still awaiting for over £400 to be paid back to me!

I wish I had read reviews before placing an order with this company although the robe its self is good the personalisation was bad as they have separated the happy and the birthday which looks and reads incorrectly but they say all orders are done this way birthday Karen looks stupid and their own website only shows excellent reviews
A good product and service
I didn’t read the reviews prior to ordering but thankfully that hasn’t come back to haunt me. I was really pleasantly surprised by BathrobesUK. I ordered 5 personalised bathrobes for my daughter’s birthday party. I left myself plenty of time for them to arrive, but I needn’t have worried as they arrived in 11 days. Well packaged, prompt delivery and all names and colours are correct. My only small criticism, and why the loss of a star, is that the font appears to be different sizes on the robes. They’re teenagers so won’t care but I might have been annoyed if I was ordering these for my business.
All in all, for the price, a good product and good service. Would consider using again.
V.poor customer service
Robes I ordered took a few weeks for delivery but were good and seemed good quality. However I also ordered kids hoodie....order 1..sent plain hoody without graphic, I contacted them, they sent replacement but it was the wrong size....smaller than what I ordered. Order 2. Again plain hoody received without graphic. Emailed 5 times and contacted via Facebook several times. initially had 1 response from fb but then nothing. Do NOT ORDER from these people, customer service obviously not part of the deal and neither is delivering the correct order!!

Awful customer service, it has been 10 days since I placed my order and it is still no where to be seen. I had been advised a handful of times that delivery was imminent was given a date it would definitely be arriving on. The date came and went and the parcel still not in my possession. Been passed from pillar to post when I have called trying to track down my item. A few representatives tried to tell me that I hadn’t even placed an order to begin with!

My order was a Christmas present and was supposed to be delivered by 21st December at the very latest. I sent 2 emails asking to be updated on the whereabouts of my order and received no response to either. I finally managed to speak to a staff member this morning (24/13/20) and was told there was no information on the system and he would contact the warehouse and locate my order. I was told I would be contacted shortly with information. However I was neither phoned nor emailed as advised and all my further attempts to phone the company (I tried all day) resulted in the phone ringing until it cut off. I chose this company because it said it would deliver before Christmas and they failed to honour this. In conclusion I rate this company as beyond awful, wholly
incompetent doesn’t quite cut it and I would warn any potential customers to steer well clear! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service! I ordered a custom robe on the Thursday evening and to my surprise the delivery arrived on the Monday morning. To my disappointment the item was incorrect and had obviously been delivered to the wrong address. I immediately sent an email explaining what had happened. It took 3 days for a response to which I was asked to send photo evidence of the item which I sent immediately -this time I got a response within 24 hours. Bathrobes/ethicstar ltd then asked for photo evidence of the packaging, again I sent this immediately. Another 3 days pass and no correspondence so I chase again, by this time I no longer want the item (the one that did arrive was of poor quality so this already had put me off), the item was for a birthday present and time was ticking on so I bought another similar item from good old NEXT and just requested a full refund, alongside as pre-paid label to send the incorrect item back to them. I receive an email from a Susan basically ignoring my refund request and offering me a discount on the incorrect item. Why would I want a poor quality item with a custom logo that quite frankly is unreadable?? My reply was to promptly advise on the refund process and send out a pre-paid label so I can return the item. It’s now been another 3 days and I have forwarded on the email to the 3 addresses found online ... zero response!!! Really rubbish experience and would not recommend to anyone! Not only is the customer service poor, the quality of garment is even worse!

Placed order 6 weeks before Christmas. No contact AT ALL from them. It took multiple calls and emails to get any response. They told me two separate stories; firstly that it had been lost in the post then a few hours later they couldn’t send them as they were faulty. Which one was it? Either way they left me high and dry a week before Christmas, unable to replace items and without a family Christmas present. Unreliable untrustworthy and unprofessional.
Terrible Customer Service - No item or refund!
Bathrobes UK sent a misprinted onesie over 3 weeks ago, despite following their instructions and taking the faulty item to the post office (where it was scanned) 2 weeks ago they have denied receiving the item and have since stopped answering my emails. If they hadn’t received the item as claimed, they would be able to track its whereabouts. Either way it does not affect the confirmation that the item has been posted as per their instructions and they have not posted out the replacement item.
Christmas is fast approaching and I have no idea if they intend to send out the correct item or return my money or neither!
This is particularly disappointing as I have used their service before without issue.

This company exceeded my expectations. The personalised robes I ordered were so soft and arrived so quickly. One of the robes arrived without a belt and they sent me one the next day could not have asked for a better service.
Missing order
Ordered a robe for a Christmas present, and three weeks later it hadn’t even shipped. I sent multiple emails asking, and ended up having to phone several times to chase. They very much resisted me when I tried to cancel the order- I gave two stars because they did eventually cancel and issue a refund. Avoid.

Stole bathrobe designs from me and started selling items as their own. Once I mentioned the breach of copyright, they've amended the design slightly and continued selling as their on. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Also selling Disney and other copyright logo without a licence. SCAM & SCUM. Would avoid at all costs

I ordered 3 items from this site on 28/10/20 and then saw the negative reviews and was expecting a similar experience. How wrong I was. I telephoned the company on 30/10/20 to ask how long my delivery would take and was informed that I should receive the items by 03/11/20. The items did arrive on 03/11 and all are of good quality and exactly as shown on site. 1 item is a birthday gift for my best friend and I am very impressed with it - as I hope she will be! I will certainly be ordering more items from BathrobesUK in light of my positive experience.

I brought a personilised bath robe, it looks nothing like the image, cheap material and the wrost thing it doesnt it even fit round me, I am not a big girl and i ordered the largest size, but litrally reaches to half way across me, so falls open all the time! Is not as per measurements on website! Waste of money! Long delivery, i doubt this is U.K stock, as advertised. When i emailed them i was completley ignored!

Really wished I'd read the reviews before ordering. All the poor reviews are absolutely true.
I placed my order for a grey personalised onesie for a present for my nephew. The order that arrived was completely the wrong colour (it was bright green). I checked my confirmation email and it was there in black and white - order colour grey. I asked them to send the correct order and by special delivery so it would come in time. They refused and said they doubt it would even reach me by the following week! I've asked for a full refund but they have only offered 50%. This was their mistake they made, they sent me the wrong colour. I've escalated through paypal to get the full refund including postage. Do not order anything from here, terrible customer service.
