Ordered a shower screen on Monday 28th October and choose 3-5 working days delivery but still not been delivered a week later. Tried calling, no answer and left message but no one has called back. Looks like I will have to cancel order and take custom elsewhere.

Certainly no wasting of time between ordering and delivery. The item was well packaged as well - excellent professional service. The item we bought wasn't great quality, and it was marked, hence the 4 stars. I don't know how long it will last and so am unsure whether to return it or not. But everything else about the service provided can not be faulted.

My order arrived on next day delivery .V nice quality and good price. Haven't got any complaints at all.

Really poor experience with Bathroom House. I ordered a vanity unit from this retailer purely because it was the only website which had it marked as being ‘in-stock’. 2 days later I received an email stating their systems had allowed the item to be ‘oversold’ and they couldn’t supply it after all. Reluctantly I agreed to wait, on the understanding that it would be sent when stock was apparently due the following week. Well today I received another email saying they couldn’t meet that promise so I have cancelled my order and found an alternative. Having read other trustpilot reviews it appears that this is standard practice with bathroom house - knowingly misleading customers and encouraging a sale knowing that they will not be able to fulfil the order. The item is still wrongly listed as being in stock on their website as I write this which is disgraceful. Unfortunately this business is untrustworthy and the practice of knowingly selling items they do not hold in stock is extremely underhand. I would not recommend Bathroom House.

Very disappointed, taps arrived 4 days later than paid next day delivery. Was told they over sold, never mind I over paid for a service which wasn't available. Was informed I'd get a email with tracking, still waiting for this email. Taps arrived, I didn't open the boxes until the following weekend due to work, and wanted plenty of time to change bath taps. No instructions, two different types of wall brackets and badly painted damaged mixer.
Finally had a reply week later stating I needed pictures of boxes, and would need to have stated 48hrs after delivery.
Very poor service, wouldn't recommend.

Looking forward to installing my new tap! Cannot comment on the product yet but the customer service was great.

Places an order a week ago and was told would be ready for collection 2-3 days, chased up order and its not even been processed, order cancelled, wish i checked there reviews before placing order

I am currently having both my bathrooms fitted and ordered a basin mixer tap from the Bathroom House. I saw that there were some comments from other customers that they had experienced issues with getting their products on time so I ordered well in advance. The tap did arrive on time, however when the fitter installed the tap he noticed a small defect on the tap cap (not a major issue but could get worse over time). I reported this to the Bathroom House and they requested all sorts of evidence. I sent as much as I could but they have now responded that due to the issue not being reported within 48 hours they will charge me for the part. Surely if this was a defect they need to rectify this.
Our other products have come from Drench and I had an issue with one of their products which had a faulty part. This was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and I had the part replaced and delivered the next day.
I would not recommend the Bathroom House especially if you are using them for multiple products which you might need to rely on their customer service team.

Used this company 3 times now, amazing value and great products. Staff very helpful especially Grace. Ceramic mixer shower cover was broken and she had a new one delivered to me within a couple of days.

Avoid- wish I had read these reviews first! Paid over £250 for a mixer tap with shower attachment, had it less than 4 months and it’s already leaking as well as one of the taps not turning properly, refused to send me a new tap but sent out a replacement diverter which is not the same as the one on current tap - it’s much larger so completely ruins the look of it so haven’t fitted. Also add that the website mentions they send out a form where you get extended warranty….. asked for this twice and never got that either 👎

Simple ordering, excellent pickup, staff extremely helpful and professional as was the chap who loaded my car. Definitely use and recommend you again 👌

Gorgeous taps, fantastic service, great communication and at a great price, what more could you ask for?
We ordered a thermostatic bath & shower mixer tap in the sale, it looked good and it was at a great price. However, they were temporarily out of stock. We were notified immediately & informed they would send the goods once back in stock. The tap was delivered the next day.

Good value, great delivery options

The company was very responsive. It was possible to phone them and talk to them about any issues, unlike Victorian Plumb. The product was as describe and came on time. It is so useful to be able to contact people.

Overall good experience with Bathroom House

Ordered tap from this company based on online dimensions displayed. A totally different tap was delivered. The original order was for 2 items, they delivered 1 and the wrong item. Called to explain and was told to re-order and pay again. I did this and hey presto, same wrong item is sent again. Called again, this time to be told, oh its not the wrong tap, its a different tap as the one on the website is incorrect and this is the replacement. I explain I ordered based on measurements on the website. Was told, oh these are not always accurate. Very unhelpful. They then sent the wrong returns labels and return information. So I had to contact again for the correct one and now I am told I have to wait 28 days for a refund to come. They take your money twice, for something, but take 28 days to refund it. Hopefully the refund will come, but avoid this company OR do not rely on what is said on their website!
