Part was spot on for what I required to repair a leaking shower valve at a good price. Downside was that order was placed on a Wednesday morning but didn't arrive until following Tuesday. Paid for Royal Mail 48 hour tracking, which took 5 working days!

Wow - Unbelievable Service
Wow, super impressed with the guy I chatted with online, Sam. I needed new door seals for my curved Matki shower door I bought back in 2002. Couldn't find anything online to suite so I asked Sam for help, not expecting much of a result as the shower was so old. Within seconds of me sending pictures of the shower enclosure he had recognised the actual unit from 2002 and sent me a complete parts list. Then sent me a link to purchase the full seal set. Sam had unbelievable knowledge, training and customer service skills. Very, Very impressed and a 5-star review for sure. I won’t be buying any other shower than Matki moving forward. Who would have thought you would still be able to buy parts for it 24yrs later. Wow.

Easy to order. Quick delivery (48 hr tracked) and fair price. Excellent quality too. Also liked that the item (an inline shower outlet filter) had been redesigned and updated and the sales description held this useful information. AFTERNOTE. I didn’t appreciate the company’s AI generated reply to this note - it just regurgitated everything I said - that’s cheap. I’ll reduce the STARS to THREE on that basis alone.

Really really Slow!
I ordered two very basic identical rubber seals for my toilet on Oct 12th. A full three days later on Oct 15th they informed me only one was available and I had the option to take it and have a refund for the other, this I took.
I received a message on the 16th to say my order should arrive in 1-3 days. It is now the 20th and still no delivery.
Is that useless or what! Thank goodness for Amazon.
