I was surprised to find the shower doors had not been broken in transit....the packing did not look adequate. I still have not been able to examine them in full as they are too heavy to unpack completely myself.

Delivery was prompt and bath was good quality. There cheaper ranges are better than those found. Elsewhere

Quite frankly, disappointing. I was promised two shower trays - then there was a problem with one, so I had to pay for separate delivery, then was told that in fact the second one was not available, was not in stock, was promised phone calls to determine when it would be in stock; no one phoned,,,,eventually I had to cancel the order as I could not wait any longer, and I am STILL WAITING for confirmation of the cancellation and my refund. I do not have time to keep on chasing poor suppliers.

Only difficulty was delivery. Since the company doesn't deliver to Scottish Highlands or islands, had to arrange delivery to family member to bring it up to us when they came on holiday. This, entailed issues of 'internet fraud' as payment made by us, with alternative delivery address. However, all was resolved and we are very pleased with the product, installing it ourselves. There was no reasonable alternative to be sourced locally since it was replacing a vintage cistern, with specific fittings. thank you.

I ordered a shower enclosure and tray package for the price of an enclosure elsewhere. Delivered when I asked after a friendly chat with the telephonist.
I had to ask for assistance after the tray cracked after fitting and my e mail was replied quickly in a helpful manner. Would recommend this company to my best friends.

Placed my order on 29th August, and agreed delivery for today (Sept 4th). Truck turned up within minutes of 8am, and a charming young man promptly started stacking all the tiles, grout etc in the garage for me. Among the 20sq mtrs of tiles, I noted 2 broken tiles, and he made a note on the docket after checking that I was happy with that, which I was. Overall, choice of product was extensive, pricing seemed very keen, delivery free - what more could you ask for? I'd recommend whole-heartedly. Well done!

Bad service received from customer re delivery. They can't advise what is the time frame for delivery. All they could tell me was the goods will be delivered in the day time ( how ridiculous! ) and they expect customer to wait the whole day. When the goods arrived, the delivery man just left the it at the door step and wouldn't even carry the goods into my flat upon my request! The product received was slightly defective ( frame was dented ) and the builder had to make adjustments to the frame in order to install it. After lodging my complaint for more than a month now, I have not heard from their customer service dept. Absolutely appalling service and I won't buy anything from this company again!

I had to return a bath tab because me and my wife we have slightly amended the bathroom design.
The company customer care was absolutely fantastic, you feel like someone special when you know that on the other side of the phone line somebody is trying to help you to find the best solution (a big thank you for lovely Ladies I've spoken to).
Definitely we all need more companies like Bathroom trade, I would recommend to anyone and I will buy it again.
