I have purchased a shower cell from Bathroom trade.
The team was helpful and polite. The shower cell arrived in time and was in good condition and as specified.
Would have given a 5 Star rating if it was not for the trap. The latter was very poor quality plastic and the trap cover, which looks like metal (but is plastic) came with one of the three legs broken.

Great product. As described. Great communication. Fast delivery. Delivered on palate. Driver would not take away palate aftervunwrapping therefore dropped one star.

Very simple to purchase products . Staff very polite and efficient to resolve a little matter .
The only complaint I have is that the delivery charge i thought was too expensive and not enough communication from the company used

Easy on-line ordering and full specification of items also available. Found the shower tray I needed and completed the transaction in less than two minutes. Delivery tracking and excellent courier ervice resulted in timely delivery to forecast.

Payment was taken for my full order before I was told that the taps I required were not going to be available for a few weeks, It took a threat to get Trading standards involved to get my refund.
However the bath and panels were of good quality and were delivered when promised.
I would suggest ordering by phone ,and not on the internet from this company.

I ordered a role of aquastrap, they delivered within 2 days, pretty quick. No choice of when it will be delivered though, just an email saying make sure your in from 8am till 4pm, not sure what would have happened if I had been out.

Great value for quality product. Beat all other online prices I could find for this bath. My only criticism would be that only one man was sent to deliver a VERY heavy 3mm steel bath and I (a very slight female!) had no choice but to assist. Poor delivery guy nearly passed out and can't say I didn't feel it the next day!

The shower tray and cubicle was excellent quality, which where delivered quickly and very well wrapped up. The staff were friendly and helpful when there was a problem with the availability with one of the items I had ordered.

Very impressed. Good quality, good prices. Plenty of courtesy calls to confirm details and arrange and confirm delivery. Driver called to say when he was on his way and when he'd be there and was above and beyond helpful. Brilliant. Plenty of companies could take a leaf out of their book. Excellent.

I found the bath taps that I was looking for at the price I was prepared to pay. One small gripe is that delivery took 3 days instead of the 1 - 2 days expected when I place the order.

Good. Phoned to suggest an alternative when what I wanted wasn't in stock. Nice to know there is a human on the other end.
