Ordered a shower tray on 24th June 2013 with express delivery option. Delivery wasn't arranged until 4th July and on that day received a call from bathroomtrade claiming they had spoken to someone on my phone number who "had never heard of me". The person making the call was incredibly rude and abrupt and said I needed to contact the courier and tell them what was going on. So I did and bathroomtrade had given them the wrong address!!! To be fair, the courier turned back once I told them the correct address and were with me 1 hour later.
Unfortunately, the tray was smashed into several pieces and had to be sent back. Next day bathroomtrade phone to say "you've rejected the delivery" when do you want us to rearrange. They agreed it would be delivered again the next day. So I sit in all day waiting only to get a call from the courier asking when I wanted delivery. I said it had been arranged for today and they said they hadn't even received the new tray from bathroomtrade yet. So, arranged for delivery on Friday 5th July and hallelujah, tray arrived in one piece!!!
So, if you want to waste 3 days of your life waiting for an "express delivery" @£24.95 that doesn't get to you for 2 weeks then these are the people for you!

Easy to deal with, no problems and delivery as promised.

I ordered this U shower curtain and it arrived within 2 days it is still in package as I am getting a new bathroom fitted this coming weekend so can't comment on the product until then

The goods ordered are of high quality and delivered speedily and on time. I am completely satisfied with my purchase

They called me the same day to clarify a delay in delivery due to lack of stock and then they called me when they got more stock in to arrange delivery. They delivered on the day they said they would and even confirmed everything by email too. The sink was well wrapped and everything that should have been there was. They were the cheapest on line I could find for a large sink and drainer.

The assembly instructions were inadequate and the accompanying photos were useless

Order placed, next morning delivered. Very happy with the speedy service and of cause with the shower door. Wife was concerned about keeping the glass door clean. No worry. After shower a quick rinse and water pearls off a loose wipe with a dry clot and the class shine like polished.

No complaints on the unit, arrived quickly, well packed. Communication with them was excellent, they even reminded me I had forgotten the shower tray for the shower..

One problem was that the plastic trim provided with my shower base was not deep enough.

The shower door stated two man lift, but was delivered by one man.

Otherwise happy with my shower tray and quick service.

I purchased a Bliss L-shape acrylic shower bath which came with screen and panel. Very good quality and looks great. Has a nice solid feel to it. Not at all flimsy like a lot of acrylic baths.

I was happy with the service and the shower screen that was supplied. The shower screen was good value and a comparative quality for what i paid for it.

I had been looking for some time for a suitable door for our shower enclosure, the existing set up I created as part of a roof space extension back in the mid 1970s and it was looking as you may imagine, dated and tired and desperately needed a new and stylish door to compliment the
re-tiling and lighting.
just outside of the shower I had created a small enclosed drying space but It wouldn't accomodate the swing of a 900mm door had it been hinged at the outer edge, so in my search for an answer I came across
Bathroom Trade online where there was a massive choice of styles for all applications, and for me the Ultra Premier 900mm pivot door solved the problem, I am a retired tradesman but even if you're not it is really simple to fit, the price plus delivery I couldn't match anywhere I looked, and we, as well as the family when they come to visit still admire it's appearance and quality,
In addition I was impressed with the communication from the company
from receipt of the order to advice of delivery, I would recommend them to my friends and certainly use them again should I need any of their products.

a shower screen that really works. Ordering was easy, could choose a delivery date that suited me and all was plain sailing. A good investment and a simple transaction

we are mostly impressed with the size and quality of the shower tray, however we have needed to use a hole cutter for the drainage we were not expecting that, there was a regulart part missing on arrival and that was put right promplly, service was very high, we did the shopping on line which distorted the picture a bit and next time i will request the family to view at a show if possible generally the site is very good and always seems to have special offers on and customer discount thank you

When I ordered a Shires bath and waste from Bathroom Trade I was at first impressed with their efficiency in processing my order.I was told it would be 2 wks for delivery, after this time I e mailed them and got a call the same day to say it was ready for delivery and to chose a day as they delivered in our area daily, so I asked for the next day a Tuesday. Michelle told me no problem she would arrange that. She also said if I rang early Tues she would try and tell me am or pm. This I did and spoke to her again, asked me to hold, held for 16 minutes and was cut off! I expected she would call me back but after hour and half rang again to be told it would now be Weds. I had a hospital appointment that day so had to cancel this in order to be at home. All to no avail as did it turn up, no, stayed in all day and rang late pm to be told by David it was coming direct from Manufacturer so would now be Thurs! Hurrah, delivered Thurs am, but found on checking they had sent a basin waste instead of bath, so bath could still not be installed. Another call. Said they would send correct one next day. Now Friday and we finally have our order complete. We have to return basin waste in a prepaid bag! This is disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Other buyers beware!
