made an order over the phone, people very good and helpful

unfortunately wanted to change the order, again very helpful in sorting out the revised products.

Unfortunately the refund of the original order was dealt with seperately, have recieved no confirmation that the original order is cancelled or that my card has been refunded

Tried many sites to find 800x700 shower tray, most I tried did not have size available. found it on Bathroom Trade, site very clear and user friendly. Placed order and it arrived next day. Happy with prompt service and product.

they were the only company to actually bother, others I tried lost interest when they realised I wanted just a bath panel.

I did not know I had a pulley from the shower doors missing until the plumber came (a week late) the staff on the telephone were really really good and had one here by the next days post. Thankyou.

We would use this company again with no worries. Ordering was easy. The items arrived when stated that they would.

Where do I start, exorbitant delivery charges and abysmal delivery times compared to at least half a dozen other internet based companies, no delivery time specified just sometime between 9am and 5pm and bad description of the product. I wanted a large size shower tray but I had to be able to lift it and carry it up a flight of stairs the tray I choose one that was described as light weight which I found surprising for a stone resin tray but I went ahead ordered it. Then I got an email asking if there would be someone home that could assist the driver! Alarm bells ringing I phone the company and was a assured by the call taker that the tray was of medium weight and could easily be lifted by one man, he should have added if you were Arnold Schwarzenegger.
So all in all poor service all round. There are better companies to buy from.

Honestly, I have no complaints. The product hasn't been installed by the plumber yet so I don't have any feedback on the actual product becuase it is stll in it's wrapping. As far as the ordering system, updates and delivery the service really is 2nd to none. I would have no problems recommending this company to a friend or family member. I just hope once it's installed that I can give the same feedback about the working product

Ordered a shower enclosure. Updated constantly by staff regarding the process of my order. The base and the enclosure look really smart. Would definently order from here again.
