Do not trust this company. I ordered two batteries one month ago and was given an expected shipping time of up to 2 weeks. I have still not recieved anything.

I have asked support, but they say that I should just wait.

This is the first time one company made me feel like this so annoying, angry wow you guys are so bluff I recommend not buy nothing batteryupgrade

Battery was delievered but failed to work. Email coms only, and responses take 1 or 2 days.
Company expect you to return the item at your cost.
They will only reimberse 10Euros max whereas postage from UK is considerably more. This is against European law, which states that the customer must not lose money if returning faulty goods.
Eventually someone at the company agreed to refund the entire cost. However, that's not the end of it. They refunded less than the original cost. So I'm now left chasing them for the remaining amount.

My view still stands. If you in the the UK, don't use this company - they are based in Luxemburg even though they have a co.uk adress.

Avoid. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I've been waiting 15 days. No communication or sign of the battery. Will open a dispute via PayPal.

PURE SCAM..
Paid laptop battery 85€ through pay pal on website.
After 20 days item was not received, tracking number does not exist.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Not to be trusted at all.

I must say ,it is difficult for me to belive thay i will receive my packaged .
But if i haven`t received my packaged before end this month ,it will be reported to as Internet fraud.
Or you can choose to pay the money back.

The delivery was slow, took 3 weeks to arrive from Netherlands to Finland and the laptop battery had some internal issues and were not working. They refuse to reimburse the shipping cost for the return and now I'm awaiting for the reimburse for the battery i returned.

It's probably a scam, I don't recommend ordering from them. I ordered a battery for my robot vacuum cleaner from them in their Estonian e-store, but it never arrived. At first, the tracking number was sent fine, but at some point this number stopped working and the location of the package cannot be identified. The battery was probably never shipped. They do not have a phone number and no one answered emails to find a solution to the problem. I'm very disappointed.

I was looking for a replacement battery for a very old Dyson vacuum. Great that Battery Upgrade had it in stock.
Arrived as described, in perfect condition, working well.

i've bought a battery for vacuum Samsung Jet 90, on the 23rd of August but i've never recieved a confirmation email even if i've the confirmation of the payment.
I've wrote them and never had an answer! really bad company!

I ordered in good faith. I believed the company was in Norway, the address is in Norway. The Laptop battery I ordered came from Germany, and I had to pay import taxes on it. This was not disclosed at time of purchase. I kept the box, it was unmarked. EDIT - the box actually does have a label, it is labeled "electronics" which is false.

To return it I have to include SDS and paperwork because I am shipping a battery, or I can get in real trouble. They didn't bother to do either. I am not sure, but that's illegal isn't it?

Anway, the battery started to fail after 18 days, and before the 30 day return period had reached 66% of it's original capacity (officially, 80% is considered dead). They were not at all helpful. it took 6 email exchanges (me) answering the same questions (from them) the same way every time.

If I mail it back, it will cost me as much as the battery did in shipping, and tax. Also, i will have to do hazardous material paperwork.

So now I am stuck with this battery. I used it yesterday, it holds a charge for about 35 minutes , after only 46 days of occasional use.

EDIT- I received an email that I needed to update this, that more information was requested from the seller. Unfortunately "the time has passed" and I see no comments here.

As part of my edit, my information is complete, and my experience is an honest one. The opinion is entirely mine. This was not a good experience at all, and the lack of transparency during the sale was a factor.

UPDATE 30/07/2025 - this company seems to no longer be in business, at least not in Norway.

Overall experience positive, yet with a tiny but. The courier company never updated the info on the delivery (which is obviously not BatteryUpgrade fault), so to the delivery day I wasn't sure if I'm getting my order at all. Everything went ok after all.
Read the product description very carefully. I thought I'm buying original product but apparently not, but that's entirely on me, as I missed some crucial information while reading description.
