Beautiful looking quality products with exceptional customer service
Having searched online, I ordered the Madagascar Jasper 6mm bracelet from Baxter & Baxter.
When it arrived I absolutely loved it and the quality was great. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size (XL) and subsequently contacted them, I received a swift reply offering to change it to the correct size (L).
The service I've received since then has been exceptional and always prompt, what great customer service!
I would highly recommend Baxter & Baxter, and I have ordered another bracelet from them since.

Quality and great customer service

I'd been looking for a quality jewellery brand for a while without any luck, but kept seeing Baxter and Baxter in GQ so gave them a shot and ordered a couple of bracelets. Absolutely love them and have been wearing it ever since 👌 Pumped to receive the next order later this week.

Good products and nice packaging
I’ve ordered on 2 occasions as gifts for my husband. And he loved both items. Products are good quality and come cutely packaged. I wanted to exchange one of the items I ordered for a different colour and this was done quickly. Customer service are very helpful.

poor quality item and when I complained they haven't responded. You cannot find them on google and no reviews as a reference. no reviews on Facebook. They don't have any reviews anywhere. But they have reviews on there website that you cannot see the origin off. I looked on there Instagram and they have a lot of fake accounts following them. something is off about this site
