decent area most of the neighbors are nice, pool gets over crowded and the parents don't watch their kids and have no respect for others just trying to relax . but the park itself they tag you for every small thing.. the office manager im sure gets paid nicely but she is never in the office , and does not return phone calls , theyre on on your a$$ to get rent on time and nit pick but when it comes to your needs they dont give a flying fish!!

I have rated this company 1 star because unfortunately you cannot rate less than 1. I have been renting from here for 5+ years and have not had a pleasant experience at all.

Due to lack of maintenance and the willingness to fix issues that affect my day to day life and makes it incredibly difficult. I have to buy heaters when it's below 50 considering the rodents underneath my trailer tearing up who knows and most likely damaged the vents as I do not get hot air or cold air! Unfortunately my A/C does not work either! unless you send someone to fill it up so it can leak and be empty by the end of the summer. Once the temperature reaches above 75 the ac will not cool the trailer, at most it would cool 1 degree every hour and that doesn't include the temperature rising outside causing the temperature to rise in the trailer. I just stopped calling them since they do not care about whether or not their renters have a comfortable home just as long as it's a barely livable home.

Another issue that has been going on for 1+ year is water damage to the ceiling in the living room, unsure if there is mold there. I have yet to call an inspector to come inspect due to the lack and poor quality of maintenance. Hopefully my health isn't going to be affected by this water damage that could possibly be mold at this point.

Another issue is they evicted me over I think 10 or 15$ out of approximately 1000$. This company is a disgrace for how it treats its renters. THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO GET YOU OUT!

Another issue is half my drive gets flooded and has been like that for 5+ years and have been requesting it to be fixed but unfortunately they will not so if you HAVE to live here then make sure you get a good driveway because you will be stuck with it until you die or move out.

Another issue is due to lack of maintenance of the HVAC system causing excess moisture around the window frames and extreme temperature fluctuations the windows have curved at the bottom making it impossible to close causing the inside temperatures to either drop or sky rocket depending on the season.

Another issue is the outside water spigot is broken and spewing when I turn it on, this is recent so I'll contact the office to see how fast this will be fixed or if it's going to be another issue that doesn't get fixed for over 5 years.

I plan on reporting this company but at this time I will continue to gather evidence. My google review will be updated consistently and adding more issues and any issues that have been fixed.
