Reviewers also criticized the online news app and website, finding them anodyne, difficult to navigate, and lacking in-depth content or real interest. The service was frequently deemed biased and not neutral, with many feeling it promoted specific political agendas and spread manipulated information. Complete garbage news program. I trust what I read in the Sun newspaper more than the BBC. Editing conversations in order to fit their narratives, covering up paedophile rings, the list goes on.... See more

BBC thought control organisation

The BBC urgently should be required to provide the facts and stop telling viewers what they should be thinking !

The BBC no longer justifies the mandatory tax, licence fee.

Focused on one thing only

Two days ago the USA began its attack on Iran. I appreciate this is a major story which affects most of the world in some way or another. It is essential we are kept up to date. However, over the weekend this has been the only news reported. Surely there are other things going on here in our own country and across the world. I accept right now this is a major news item but let’s not make it the only news item.

The licence fee is mandatory yet…

The licence fee is mandatory yet they're incapable of being impartial, which is for a news channel is unforgivable.

How dare they ask for £180 a year when everything they do has a huge left wing bias?

Shame on you

Shame on you, BBC. You have always supported the Iranian government. I do not know what you get from the Iranian regime to hide the truth. I was living in Iran at the time. There were protesters everywhere, and the government was killing them in the streets, yet BBC was falsely showing that everything was fine. I do not know what you get from the Iranian government to hide their barbaric acts, but I know karma is going to get you badly one day. Most probably your families will face the Iranian government’s savagery and what they do to Iranian people, to your children and your family.
You are a disgrace to news reporting, and you have no respect or accountability among the people. There is nothing worse than that for you people. Shame on you.

Sensationalised headlines

Rating based on their sensationalised headlines. Whoever approves them needs to be sacked, all about the shock factor over substance. Really loosing faith in BBC News which is a shame as some of their stories can be good. I don’t even bother with their news podcast or television programme anymore. What is wrong with the BBC, what type of people work there who go for these shock tactics. Channel 4 news and Economist do the news so much better. BBC should have the BBC licence pulled, maybe they would be forced to be better but at the same time, could having to generate revenue drive them to include stories and headlines which are even more sensationalised. Truly and utterly disgusted with BBC News.

Should be the ABC not BBC

It would be more appropriate to call it the ABC, The American…BC. Most of the news is about America not the UK.
I rarely access it these days, preferring ITV or Euro News for a more balanced view.

BBC THE REAL TRUTH

Americans have to watch BBC to get the Truth in regard to the news not only worldwide but especially in the US....
