From the first minute I made contact with Tim Fielding at BBE regarding an employment matter, the subsequent process was seamless. A resolution was finalised within a week, which included Tim explaining all of the details and answering my questions and concerns in a diligent and highly professional manner. I thoroughly recommend BBE and Tim as the service was first class. As an aside, I also have spoken to them previousjy regarding a probate matter and whilst I didn’t need to use them on the end, I found their team extremely knowledgeable and helpful in supporting me with my questions.

Had my will written with this company and
everything was fine so I arranged for my son to make his will with them. This is when the wheels fell off and communication was appalling. As the bill payer, I was surprised to find his bill was 10% higher than mine only 2 months later. Getting through on the phone was impossible, voicemails and emails were unanswered. When I finally got through to query the bill, I was given a number of conflicting reasons for the additional charges. I paid the bill under protest, but was taken aback when my son was told by a member of staff that I’d made a complaint. Most unprofessional behaviour and possibly a breach of confidentiality. Found another firm for future work and hopefully they will be more professional 🤞
