What an amazing Law firm. Very professional, helpful and informative. Kept me up to date with every step and felt with my case in a good timely manner and made it as stress free as possible. My Solicitor Lisa was lovely to deal with and nothing was to much trouble.

Barker Booth & Eastwood are the best Family Law firm on the Fylde. Our family was going through a situation that no family should ever have to go through and we turned to BBE for help. Anne Morley was our Solicitor but Joanne Barker went through every stage of our situation with us. She was amazing, and whilst staying very professional she was supportive caring and a rock to the whole of the family. She kept us informed during every court date of what was going on and what was expected. The case went on for over two years but we had every faith in it being an outcome that we wanted because of the work that was put in by Joanne and Anne. When the case was finally closed and we got our life back, Joanne and Anne continued to support us with anything that we had to query. We know anne has now retired but we wish Joanne all the very best for her future in law and would recommend her to any family in situations that we were in.

I found Tim Fielding very helpful , this was a very complicated case involving bailiffs and forced entry . His knowledge was very welcome in a very stressful situation . Highly recommended !!!

Barker Booth and Eastwood solicitors are good overall . We used Mo Adam and Matthew Mainds for our conveyancing recently and they were both good.
Update 5 months later December 2024: Mo Adam contacted me five months after issuing the final invoice for more money as they misquoted for us on the value of our house. At no point during any discussion was this mentioned to us. It's not about the money but about managing expectations. Yes there is one document that briefly explains this, but it isn't on the completion letter or final invoice or the email that they were attached to. It does say that it can take up to six months for land registration of existing properties, and as feedback for future transactions, I recommend that clients are reminded that they could be hit with additional costs later down the line. This hasn't met our expectations and we feel very disappointed.

BBE have been great throughout my claim process, giving their expert knowledge to achieve the best outcome. Thanks again 👍🏼

I cannot thank Jonathan Waterhouse and his team at BBE Law who managed our sale whilst we were living outside of the UK.

Excellent work by Kieran and lisa who handled my case, it was only a small matter, I thought maybe £2500. My ex employer was at fault, I couldn't afford court fees and i felt like he would win in a court case but by using the right experts they obtained a sum more than 2x what was expected, didn't cost me a penny, and did all the legal work, thank you everyone at BBE, I couldn't recommend anymore.
