Aside from their great selection and various discounts, their customer service is top-notch. I experienced an issue with my delivery, and after a few simple questions, they reshipped my entire order! Order not delivered / Re-ship taking forever
Received a notification that my order was delivered and when I went to check it was addressed to someone else. Jumped through many hoops to get them to re-ship and two days later it’s still not even in transit. Delivery estimate says 10 days from now. Will not purchase from this site again.

Trying to sneak in Additional shipping cost
So for the good, it arrived on time and works amazingly! Airpro is my new favorite toy.
For the bad, while paying for it it showed two separate shipping prices. So initially when it gave me the price after taxes I made sure to add that amount exactly to my card.
Then it claimed it was denied as it wanted to add an additional shipping fee. However when I got the email confirmation that it went through the initial price with the shipping and tax included (the exact amount i added to my card) was shown in the email.
Just something to be aware of for potential buyers.

Company Only Cares About Money, NOT the Customer.
I am very disappointed with the company and not doing a cancellation on the orders.
I understand it is in very fine print on the website.
I am a caregiver for my husband with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, specifically Corticobasal Syndrome.
Sometimes people do stupid things when they are under a lot of stress.
I looked at the tracking of the order, right before and right after I sent the email for cancellation.
I was advised that they are unable to cancel the order, because it was processed.
Yet when I looked at the tracking, it was not processed.
So, if the product has NOT left the warehouse, there should be no reason why the order cannot be cancelled.
I was very interested in other products and ordering at a later time, when I am more financially stable.
However, this will be the last bit of money they will ever see from me.
Very disappointed with the whole process.
I had someone reach out and say they could help, and then I replied to that email, and all of a sudden the order is processed.
Not impressed.

Do not be misleading in an email insinuating a return or cancellation could be made.
I stand with what I said.
It was not even put together when I requested the cancellation. Therefore, it was till in your warehouse.
There was no reason why it could not be cancelled, raised the policy, it did not leave the warehouse yet.
