Horrible horrible service. My package got lost and customer service for this company is nonexistent. I need to conjoin claims with FedEx and Bcbg but the emails are automated. The phone numbers provided are considered old because it’s linked to their old retailers customer service. I lost a lot of money due to the horrible service. They purposely make it impossible to get in contact with them. So if you want to gamble losing your money, this is the right store and service for you! They lost a loyal customer.

I've been waiting for my $490.19 refund for order BB341030. It's strange – I returned two different orders, BB341030 and BB341029, in the same box, but I only received one refund. I tried contacting customer service, but it's hard to find the right number. I also sent a message on Instagram and left a comment on the picture to resolve this issue, but they ignored me. Should I file a claim in court?

I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this site online. I was looking for a dress for an event but knowing the size might not fit me I carefully checked that it was not a final sale so I could return it if necessary. I purchased a few dresses from different places knowing I would have to return some if they didn’t work out. The dress from BCBG unfortunately did not fit but when I went to return it was told it was a final sale. Nowhere was that information given to me until after I purchased on my order confirmation page. I even have screen shots that show no final sale was mentioned. After explaining this to customer care and detailing how diligent I’d been about making sure it was returnable they still would not accept my return. I sent them the screenshots and everything. All I got was another condescending email refusing to acknowledge my situation. I don’t recommend purchasing from this company based on the lack of transparency around returns. Don’t risk that they may decide your purchase is a final sale after you have already gone ahead with it.

I thought the underwear looked great. They are also seemless but I bought them because they had such a silky feel so my jeans would just slide over them. I got 5 pair and the worst underwear. Great going over my jeans but stops there , soon as I walk they ride up my bum. I'm tugging them
Down all day waiting for when I can take them off. As pretty as they were a total waste of money for me

Even when they provide garment specific sizes, the measurements are so off. In my opinion, a company that charges near $60 for shipping, charges duty taxes on top and makes refund process like hell...is just NOT worth shopping from. Did I mention they do NOT provide shipping label? SO you'd have to pay another 60 (total of 120 in shipping) and also...in their refund process, duty taxes are not included (which they don't tell you that so unless you do the math you'd realize a huge portion is missing in your refund) and once you call them on it, they "apologize" and then get you to send in forms (sent to you only if you ask) to your government to inquire about that. It's a literal definition of retail hell for a customer. stay away from them. They are greedy in my opinion.

I ordered my wedding dress on Aug 3, but I still haven't received it as of today. They have provided a tracking link and it's been updated with all the detailed steps, finally, the last update was "Item will be delivered within 2 weeks to customer." as of Nov 5th, and no update/ delivery after that.
Their customer svc email is not info at bcbg email and the charge was made by TASKADMIN* ECOMMERCE HTTPSMYTASKADKY. This is a scam. I had last hope because they kept updating the tracking status, I was foolish. Please be careful. I reported it as fraud and disputed the charge.

I bought a dress that smelled bad like dye and of course it was a final sale. I liked the dress but I can’t wear it because it smells bad. I wrote to customer service and I heard after a week with the return not approved (I get that since it was a final sale). They gave me 25$ to use on something else.
Thanks but no thanks. They used to be a reputable company but now it’s no better that a cheap one.
Just wanted to put this out there for others to know.

Made 3 consecutives orders on september 1st and 4th 2023. Than I was reading those reviews on this website and started to freak out cause I order from Canada and it cost alot money for shipping and for clothes (total around 820$ can). Today received 2 orders from september 1st and very satisfied. Quality, packaging et beautiful clothes. So why people write only négative expérience and don't share the good onces? I will definetely shop there again.

Is there anyone able to get response in regards to orders not automated one by AI. Please let me know how by responding above my post.

After so many years shopping online. This is the worst. My package is nowhere to be known and customer service is non existent! 20 emails later (no kidding) all responses are automated and by AI! Even when you choose the support topic, your package is delivered but not received, their automated AI asks you to contact them back 3 days later! What a joke!!

I’ve tried emailing with many topics just to get the attention of 1 CS of my package whereabouts to no avail up to now , 2 weeks after my shipping label was created. So please if anyone knows how to contact them, please respond above my email. It seems they don’t even bother to monitor negative reviews here and never provided any response

Bought two dresses from them total over $800, never got the dresses or the refund. No one ever answer the phone or email. They sent back like $10 without the explanation and i'm not sure what to do. Stay away from this company.

Very poor quality!!! cheaply made clothing for the big amount of money !!! Not worth it at all!!!

I purchased an item for my daughter for about $400. It did not fit and I carefully packaged and returned the next day. They received my return and never refunded the money. They do not respond to emails or dms. I have since read of similar experiences. Be careful purchasing from them.

Is funny how they put final sale and after a week is regular price, and if you want to exchange it they said they can’t because is final sale.
First of all when you order online if is not good what you do with it, and the material is not good quality, they don’t do exchange not even if is not good, they said is final sale even is regular price…, the worst customer service ever

BE CAREFUL…I just mistook bcbgmaxazrias.com (with an s) for bcbgmaxazria.com. The charge to my bank account showed the identical charge at the same time to Bestduka.com in Daressalaam in Tanzania. I never received an order confirmation. The website looked VERY convincing BUT it is not the real BCBG website. I immediately cancelled my card and my bank is pursuing

Horrible quality ,final sale u can’t return. I used to purchase at the store and quality was great ,now it’s so bad .$158 to the drain!

I thought this was a trusted brand but I was mistaken. They send out ads to me on a daily basis with stylish clothing. Everything is always marked down. I purchased two items and read the return policy before purchasing. Neither of the items fit and when I tried to return them they said it was a "final sale" and could not be returned. Both items are still current and advertised. They were not final sale when I purchased. The customer service number they gave me is not valid and goes to a recording that tries to sell some kind of discount and then disconnects. I attempted multiple times. They are not responding to my request for store credit for these items that do not fit and that are useless to me. Very poor customer service and they seem to be like a scam.

Never trust this company. I will NEVER make a purchase from this unreliable group of liars. They don’t have an ounce of respect for their customers. Do not buy!! Ever!! Trust me, I just saved you time and money. I have emailed confirmation that an item was not final sale but they are not accepting a return of an item that simply doesn’t fit me. Truly unbelievable. Do not buy!

I'm absolutely baffled as to how BCBG Maxazaria is still allowed to operate its business when it has defrauded so many customers. I placed an order on the 26th December 2021 and requested for a refund after a 5 weeks of and to this date I have not received the my refund for the $200. They need to be shut down!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered 2 dresses online and when I got them in the mail, they didn’t look like anything on the website and they were too big. When I went to the website to print a return label, it said that the dresses weren’t returnable. So I called customer service and the ladies were rude and nasty. I explained my situation and they said that they couldn’t return my items because they were “final sale” what am I suppose to do with ugly dresses that are too big!?!?! I’ve been ordering dresses all the time from there and now I won’t ever again. You just lost a loyal customer. I hope people start seeing how they scam people for their money.

They deserve less than a star. I ordered a dress a month ago and it still shows up as processing. They keep lying and saying it was shipped but shipping to international countries takes up to a month. The international country they’re referring to is their neighbour Canada. The shipment has made no progress in a month based on the tracking they provided. I should have read the reviews here before purchasing.
