They never refund if you don’t call to…

They never refund if you don’t call to remind them! I bought 2 items for my daughters one it wasn’t fit her so I return and have to paid $5 for return shipping even though I paid for shipping delivery $8 and you can see they charge more $3 for delivery I know about that because I just paid $5 for return ! And after 39 days I returned my order it take forever to return I called Bcbgmaxazria service the lady told me that I need to show my tracking return! Unfortunately I couldn’t found it at that time so and beg her please double check in my cake I have the day to got the label return form Bcbgmaxazria sent to me . But she said nothing she can helps without tracking number. Finally I found my recipe tracking number and called them again and they checked my order was in they warehouse and she make refund to me right away and apologized . When I check my account they minus $8 for shipping + $5 i paid for return shipping =$13 ! It so make me upset about horrible service! I never get my refund if I didn’t called and never get back my $ if I couldn’t find my tracking number! They don’t want to refund you! I never buy anything from Bcbgmaxazria again even though I was shopped a lot this store.

I made and order on Monday 23rd of…

I made and order on Monday 23rd of November received a confirmation email that was order was successful, didn’t get any other email about shipment I called on Friday 27th asking when is my order will be shipped and customer service we’re horrible he said he can’t find my order it doesn’t exist! I said I have an email order number money taken from my account, customer service said no order exist email help @bcbg they might be able to find it and hung up. Called next day the girl I spoke too she was able to find my order and said due to the holiday my order been delayed. Now holiday was Thursday! And it doesn’t look like I will revive my order anytime soon her solution was to give me 10% off my next order after telling her that was a birthday gift and I need it by mid next week she said there nothing she can do!!!!!
Horrible customer service horrible shipment horrible communication no response to my email. For the prices I pay I expect high quality products and customer service never again dealing with BCBGMAXAZRIA

I need my money now!

2 months ago I ordered 12 items from bcbg. 3 items were available from the entire order and was shipped. I reached out to bcbg and afterpay which was the method of payment. This is two months later and the money has not been returned. And afterpay tefuse to refund unless they receive a cancellation from bcbg. This has not happened yes. Im still waiting after numerous emails and screenshot photos.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to get a refund from them for the past TWO MONTHS for merchandise that they never shipped me. Their customer service just sends you in circles and doesn't do anything. They have literally taken hundreds of dollars from me and have failed to refund me for something that is 100% their fault. Will never give another dime to them again.

Where is my dress???

I ordered 1 item on their 80% off final sale. That was on 9/13, it is already 10/23 and my order has yet to arrive!!!!! I have not gotten a shipping conformation email either, I'm beginning to think I'm never going to receive my order. I try calling customer service and there is no answer. Terrible experience

Has this company gone down hill?

I ordered from this company a few times in the past. On Sep 13, I ordered 6 items that were 80% off thinking it was such a great deal. They shipped one item shortly after that. And the rest... are still coming...in my dreams!

I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they said “The remaining of your order is currently processing and preparing for shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped.”

After I replied to them, they sent another email “We are sorry your order has not been delivered yet.

Due to a recent reestructuring and relaunch of our webstore, all requests on orders placed before September 24th 2020 are being processed by a specialized team.

Your request has been forwarded to our Support Team. Please allow them a few days to process your request and provide a resolution through email”

Since then, haven’t heard anything. No email update, no shipping confirmation.

By the way, the item I received
(TWILL BUTTON TROUSERS
TUB2302316-920) looks cheap - thin material, off color (the website showed kinda dark wet sand color but the true color is like light dry sand/very light), baggy in the thigh area & one thigh is just a little bit roomier than the other.

False advertising... lawsuit?

I bought 22 items on 9/13/2020 #BGN_00654015 and they sent me 2? I called, I sent message and check the website over and over again but everything was disconnected? WTH... not just me but I guess it happened to other people too, this should be a lawsuit against BCBG for false advertising.

Customer service and organization is awful. Ordered 11 items in final sale. I was excited because I got them at a good price. They sent me 1 item. I kept asking where the rest was and they said they miscalculated and they are out of the other items and they aren’t making more...ARE YOU KIDDING! I GOT 1 ITEM OUT OF 11 that I ordered! Where is my order?

I ordered about 15 items when the 80% sale was on. I received 2 items a few days after I place the order. It has been about 3 weeks now and I still have not heard anything about the pending items. The BCBGENERATION number no longer works and when I call Bcbgmaxazria the rep has no access to the order because they merged system. Why waste people’s time having a sale if there is not enough inventory? This looks very bad on the company. Poor customer service!!!

If it seems too good to be true... it probably is

The customer service agents are nice enough, however, I can't begin to explain how absolutely frustrated I am: after shopping their BIG 80% SALE , I received 2 out of 20 items with NO updates in 4 weeks on when or if the remainder of the items would ever arrive. By email, they assured me my order was "being processed" however, when I finally (took precious time from my day) to call them, the rep could tell me NOTHING except that I must wait at least 7 business days for someone else to send me an email. Meanwhile, I guess they are enjoying my money with interest to make up for declining sales due to COVID19. Glad I could help your bottom line, BCBG but you won't get another penny from me in this lifetime.

I am so angry with BCBGENERATION

I am so angry with BCBGENERATION, I have shopped generation and Max Azria for YEARS! I recently placed an order of about 17 items, and I received two! For the last 3 weeks I have been checking their website and calling for updates and no one gives me answers. I called on yesterday AGAIN to get a stud update because I can n longer long into my account!!! Apparently my account no longer exists! To top It off when I called the customer service person told me there is “something happening with their company” and she is not able to give me any information, that she would have to escalate it and it would be FIVE DAYS BEFORE ANYONE GOT BACK TO ME. Do NOT buy anything from BCBGMAXAZRIA OR BCBGENERATION. I have had not issues over the last year.

HOWEVER, AFTER A WEEK OF NO SHIPPING PROGRESS, I CALLED AND TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. ABSOLUTELY NO COOPERATION.THERE WAS NO WAY TO CANCEL THE ORDER. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ONCE THE ORDER ARRIVED IT WAS VERY LOW QUALITY. I GUESS SOMEONE WILL RECEIVE IT AS A CONTRIBUTION.

I brought order number BMX_07846658 and ORDER NUMBER: BMX_07845815 , I wear size 10, they shipped size 4 to me and when I called them, bcbg refused to exchange my orders, Cos the lady told me it was final sales but it’s not my fault that they sent size 4 to me . I have 6 dresses that I ordered this July 2020 I can’t wear them Cos I got wrong sizes. It’s a shame that I ve to watch them and not wear them.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. DONT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!! GOT MY PRODUCT AFTER A MONTH AND SEVERAL CALLS LATER TO CUSTOMER SERVICES ( which by the way it takes more than an hour of my life trying to get in contact with them). And to top all that the quality has gone to crap while keeping their prices high ( not worth it). Definitely never buying from here again.

WERE IN A PANDEMIC. Washing clothes before wear should be ENCOURAGED. Never buying from them again. Cheap material and super apathetic towards their customers.
